Private neighborhood, yet close to all the best Denver has to offer! 10 minutes to DT Littleton, and 30 to DT Denver. 30 minutes to Red Rocks and Golden. Very close to the Streets at Southglenn Mall w/Indoor Skiing, restaurants & more, less than 20 minutes to the Denver Tech Center w/ more restaurants, Fiddlers Green Amphitheater, Light Rail Station, and MORE! Easy access to the mountains!

Recommend renting a car or using Uber. Can bring bikes for local activities

No Parties! 10PM Exterior Curfew according to city ordinance and to respect our neighbors! If we receive complaints from neighbors or city, you will be subject to a fine.
By booking this property you are acknowledging that you’ve read and understand the terms of use for the hot tub. It is your responsibility to ensure that every person in the house has read and understands the terms of use of the hot tub. If you plan to use the hot tub, every individual planning to use the hot tub MUST fill out the Hot Tub Liability Waiver below.

Please be respectful of neighbors and reduce any noise, especially outside, after 10pm. If we get a call from our neighbors or the police regarding noise or disruptive behavior, you may lose your security deposit. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fee for additional cleaning.

Please ensure you turn off the propane for fire pit and immediately after use.

No early check in or entry or late check out unless prior written approval from the landlord. If these rules are violated then tenant is subject to $300 late or early check in fee.

We have a strict no pet policy so we can keep our place as clean as possible. If a tenant brings an unauthorized pet to the property, they are subject to a $500 fine.
