Nice place very nicely decorated very comfortable beds. I would say they should’ve put some insulation in between the floors. If you’re on the bottom, you hear every footstep, every toilet flush of the people upstairs. Overall, great place very convenient walking distance to downtown restaurants, and breweries.

This was the perfect location for getting around downtown Moab. We were able to walk to a variety of dining options. The condo itself was just as described. Our only issue was thin walls. We could hear and feel each footstep of the people above us. We could also hear each flush and shower. Another issue which can’t be helped was the construction outside our unit. They started working fairly early in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay with all the amenities we could need aside from washcloths. But overall recommend this location as a great location to downtown Moab & all the restaurants. Clean & well kept location ready to allow families a fun stay in Moab.

We so enjoyed this property and the hosts! They were so communicative and helpful! Everything was wonderful. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches. Fully stocked, laundry soap and bathroom essentials! We would definitely stay again!

The stay was absolutely fabulous! Communications between our hosts were clear and friendly! The townhome was stunningly decorated, incredibly comfortable and perfectly located to everything! The hot tub was a great thing after a day hiking in Arches. We were so comfortable! I really can’t say enough nice things about the home and our hosts. Would most definitely stay again!

The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative. Instructions for checking in and out we're very clear. The condo was so comfortable and perfect for our trip. Location is convenient, relaxing in the private hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.

This place was awesome! Very nice stay. Would book again. Only complaint was there is no sound proofing from the upstairs and you can hear every step they take and noise. Also the washer was the loudest washer i have ever heard, i think something was wrong with it. But there was enough good to make up for the bad.

It is a nice property in a good location. Washer and dryer are great. The freezer does a good job making ice. There is standing water in the dish washer, not sure why and we did not run it. A couple of additional things to work on. No wash cloths in the master, they were inside the dryer. A vertically challenged person would have a hard time seeing this but a checklist would prevent this. There is mold in the upper corners of the shower and toilet area. I imagine most people can’t figure out the fan switch. My biggest peeve is that the floors are filthy. They need to be mopped really well. Use some invisible glass on the door glass, it looks smeared and rushed. Sheets in the master keep slipping off the corner, not sure if they are old but is a nuisance. The pocket door in the master needs adjustment so it does not always close. I tell you these things to help make this a five star place to stay, Thanks for taking the time to review.

Beautiful condo with a hot tub/grill and close to everything. Allowing our dogs to join us on this vacation was an added bonus. We would gladly stay here again.
