Park in the private driveway and come home through the front door into the welcoming foyer with large coat closet. To your right is a large living room with a conversation area in front of the boldly decorated fireplace and a gathering area complete with a large comfy sectional with plenty of pillows, blankets, and tray tables to help you cozy up for movie nights or watching the game on the 50” smart TV.
Adjacent to the living room is a coffee bar and sitting nook, overlooked by a dining bar with two trendy dining stools. Behind the bar is a large, well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances, ample storage, and lots of counter space for preparing meals. The kitchen opens into a large dining room, complete with a 6-person table, a second decorative fireplace, and sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light and provide access to the large, flat, fully fenced private backyard. NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside). • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. • All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
