Discover an ideal retreat with our 1bed/1bath haven, which accommodates 2-3 guests. It is close to St. Andrews Park and Spohn South Medical Center in Southside. Only a 20-minute drive from Padre Island Beach, you can enjoy the pool, stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and relax with a Smart TV. Plus, benefit from the convenience of free garage parking. 1 bedroom condo located on the 2nd floor. 1 master bedroom with queen size bed. Full size bathroom with tub/shower combination. Living room with entertainment center, TV, and futon sofa suitable for sleeping a child or smaller guest. Additional linens for futon available upon request. Kitchen with full size appliances, basic cookware, and dishes. Dining room with table and 2 chairs. Washer/dryer in-unit located in the closet on the private balcony. Private garage that can fit one small to mid-size vehicle. Additional free onsite parking.
Important Note:
1. If you have 3 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide extra linens for the futon. Please note that extra linens are only available with advance notice upon request.
2. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
3. The pool hours are 9 a.m.–10 p.m., and it`s closed on Monday for cleaning. Please note, it may close temporarily without notice due to weather or routine maintenance like chemical adjustments.
4. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
5. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
6. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for use.
