Located minutes from the heart of Old Town, this freshly remodeled condo is your home away from home. This spacious one bedroom/one bath condo has everything you need for long or short stays. Furnished with authentic vintage midcentury modern pieces. Well stocked kitchen including coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, luxury toiletries and cotton sheets in the bedroom with large King bed. Heated pool and hot tub. Privately managed by owner for a personalized experience.
Wake up to a brand-new Retro style condo. Kick back on a balcony and take in Camelback Mountain. Take advantage of the saltwater pool, hot tub, gym, ping pong table, and barbecue grills. Take a 5-10 min walk to Old Town Scottsdale's many restaurants, go shopping in Fashion Square, visit the art museums or enjoy the waterfront. Finish the evening by going to local nightclubs, cocktail bars, or return to relax with a movie on a 65in TV. We always try to go above and beyond for our guests. When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a basket of snacks, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and a few bottles of water so you don't have to worry about picking up these supplies before you check in. If you have a special request, like flowers or balloons for a special occasion just ask! We can provide these services for a small fee. Pets under 50 lbs also welcome.
This complex is walking, biking distance or a very short Uber ride to the Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Mall, Civic Center, Giants Stadium and the Entertainment district where there are tons of fun activities, food and events.
The condo is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. You'll have access to all amenities including the heated pool, hot tub, gym and sauna. There is shared laundry facilities and gas grills. There are open uncovered parking spaces near unit to park.
The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months and AC is on during the warmer months. Portable AC unit available if needed.
