A top floor penthouse apartment in Regency Towers, one of the signature Panama City Beach properties. Unit number #1409.



Treat yourself to this oceanfront gem. Includes resort access to 3 heated swimming pools, food/drink bar at the pools, gym, sauna, pool tables. Complimentary 2 chairs, 1 umbrella @ the beach in high season. Fixed day rate for up to 10 people. 11+ is additional $30/person/night.



Talk to Regency Towers Management if you also want to rent event space.



The minimum age to book is 25. Guest booking must be staying.



Guests MUST register at the front desk and pay a one time registration fee of $40. This fee includes up to 3 parking spots, subject to availability. Additional parking spots can be bought at $20 per spot, subject to availability.



If you arrive late at night you can access the property, but have to go next morning to register at the front desk.

Perfect for all ages

We had 3 generations all staying together and this place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, great kitchen and an amazing location. We hope to be back again someday.

Our family travels from 2 different States each year to someplace we've never been. Panama city Beach was the place this year. We had the best time. The condo was perfect for all of us. Thank you to our hostess' for letting us use their home for a lifetime of memories

Condo was amazing!

The condo was huge! It fit my big family great! Beach views was awesome! Everything clean and working order! The owner was very quick in responding and so pleasant! Regency towers is great for families I had zero worries with the kids not as crowded as other places in PCB! I would highly recommend!

Excellent!

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed this unit! Top floor offered soaring views, HUGE unit offered more than enough space. Well stocked from the kitchen, to beach toys, towels, games etc. The only complaint was the decorative lattice on the railing somewhat obstructs the view of the gulf while you’re sitting and relaxing on the incredibly comfortable patio furniture. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Rental

My family of 9 stayed July 2024 and we loved this property. The unit is very spacious and the size of the balcony was our favorite part. The rental looks exactly like the photos and the property has great amenities. The owner has pots, pans, dishes and silver ware available as well. We ate at the outdoor grill and bar daily. There was always plenty of space at the pools and it was a very easy walk from the condo to the beach. If you come during the week, the property has karaoke, ice cream socials and movie nights. The owner communicated with us throughout our stay and responded quickly when there were small issues (leaky shower, WiFi etc). Security is constantly walking around checking on vacationers and the beach/chair rental staff is very attentive. We would very much recommend this unit and this property owner.

Blissfully Beautiful

I would have to say that other than the lighting on the patio area and the listing showing 3.5 to 4 bathrooms this property would have received five stars overall. We spent Thanksgiving break with our adult children in this lovely accommodation. The for adult children attempted to use the 1.5 bathrooms and some spilled over into our room as needed but it was tight. The location was breathtaking. The view was spectacular. The condo does show some age and where but it was about as spotless as I've ever seen in a rental. This was our fourth trip to Florida this year and we will be staying in this location again if at all possible. I would say if you have a group larger than 10 the bathrooms could be an issue. I would love to see the lighting on the patio. Be brighter at night so that the outdoor area could be better used for recreation.

Had a good time despite some disappointments

Our overall stay was good but there were some issues we noticed upon arrival and as the week went on. Half of the light bulbs in the kitchen were burned out. Someone did come and change those out for us right away though. I’m not sure if the group before us left things trashed but we also found a medication pill on one of the bedroom floors which was concerning with little ones. Two of the bedroom doors don’t latch and come open anytime an exterior door is opened. And then the grill could use a good exterior cleaning and the detergent drawer of the washing machine also had black dirt/mold in it. A good deep clean would go a long way. Only other thing I would add is that some bigger fry pans and more forks would be helpful for a unit that sleeps such a large group. And a blender would be a great addition. The listing says there are 3 heated pools but there is just one heated, one cold pool, a cold kiddie pool and a hot tub. And the poolside bar is under construction and was closed which was an huge disappointment since that was the reason we chose Regency Towers. Overall, we enjoyed being in one room this year versus renting two rooms like we’ve done in years past and still had a great time. Saw lots of marine life from the top floor (bring your binocs). Great area for families.
