Perfect for large groups. 4,000 sq. ft., 8 bedrooms, 4 bath on a full acre lot with no adjacent structures, giving you complete privacy for your stay. Both upstairs and downstairs have a large, open floor plan, making gatherings after your day in the sun easy.
Enjoy pool, foosball, and shuffleboard in our large basement family room. Each room has its own TV for private viewing, with the TVs setup to for guest mode viewing. Any username/passwords you enter will automatically delete at the end of your stay. Fast wi-fi is available throughout the house.
Situated only 1.5 miles from the private Ideal Beach (with full access!) No waiting in queues for beach entrance! Bear Lake Golf Course and Pickleville Playhouse are just a couple streets away, giving you outside recreation options that are so close!

We live in Utah and love to vacation at Bear Lake. This is what prompted us to put a home there for us to enjoy it more often. Since we are not there full time, we want to give others the chance to enjoy our favorite spot as well!

We are lucky enough to be on a full acre, giving us more privacy than you would get elsewhere in the area. We also don't have much construction going on around us, so you really have great privacy at our house.
We are also just around the corner from the Bear Lake golf course, Pickleville Playhouse, and Ideal Beach (for which we have access). It doesn't take much travel to find something to do.

We have two large gathering areas in the house. The basement was designed specifically to be a great game, recreation space. It can be hard in other homes to have a space big enough for large groups. In ours, you don't feel cramped when trying to be together.
The bedrooms then give you privacy when you need it. We purposely did not cram tons of bunk beds into every nook and cranny of the house. We want you to feel that you have the comfortable sleeping space you need to really enjoy the home.
