Perfect for large groups. 4,000 sq. ft., 8 bedrooms, 4 bath on a full acre lot with no adjacent structures, giving you complete privacy for your stay. Both upstairs and downstairs have a large, open floor plan, making gatherings after your day in the sun easy.

Enjoy pool, foosball, and shuffleboard in our large basement family room. Each room has its own TV for private viewing, with the TVs setup to for guest mode viewing. Any username/passwords you enter will automatically delete at the end of your stay. Fast wi-fi is available throughout the house.

Situated only 1.5 miles from the private Ideal Beach (with full access!) No waiting in queues for beach entrance! Bear Lake Golf Course and Pickleville Playhouse are just a couple streets away, giving you outside recreation options that are so close!

The house was perfect for our group. The layout of the house was great. It was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Mark was great with communicating with me. Overall it was great.

Size is great for big group's

It was just the right size for our group and was set up great. There was plenty of room to spread out. It had everything we needed. We had a great time at the resort playing golf and relaxing on the beach. We enjoyed our time at North Beach too. We would stay here again.

Great Find!

We wish we had longer to stay! This is one of the best vrbos I've stayed at in the bear lake area. We enjoyed all the space and amenities. It's just up the road from ideal beach resort and we loved having passes to enjoy those facilities. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for multiple families

For our family, it was perfect with lots of open common areas and yet areas for families to be separate. On the outside it is a bit disappointing but still we hope to stay there again in the future

We had our family reunion here and had several families stay. The house layout had many rooms and gathering spaces that we didn't feel cramped. The host thoughtbof everything. There were plenty of dishes to use and pots/appliances to cook with. They even had passes to the private beach near by.

When first arriving you will thing, this can’t be the place. But the inside proved great. Plenty of room. Games to play, kitchen is adequate for your needs. It was a nice place!

Spectacular House great for large groups

The exterior of this house is deceiving. There are lots of rooms and plenty of space for a very large group. It worked perfectly for multiple families. Each of the rooms was comfortable and worked well with our multi-family set up. Everything looked new and there were lots of things for us to use that made the vacation great. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our family had a great time staying here, it was more than enough bedrooms for all of us. There were two refrigerators, a large kitchen with many supplies and dishes. It had televisions in most of the rooms. Our kids had fun with the pool table, foosball table and other games downstairs. The cousins liked the 6 bunk beds and that they could stay in the same room together. They also liked the playground outside and a tetherball game in the yard. It was very close to Ideal Beach and had passes to access the entire Ideal Beach property.We would definitely stay here again.

From the outside the home looks quite small. The interior however is a must see!!! Adequate beds, tvs, room to socialize and play games. It was a great place to stay at a great price. Host was amazing to work with. Would book again without hesitation.

We live in Utah and love to vacation at Bear Lake. This is what prompted us to put a home there for us to enjoy it more often. Since we are not there full time, we want to give others the chance to enjoy our favorite spot as well!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are lucky enough to be on a full acre, giving us more privacy than you would get elsewhere in the area. We also don't have much construction going on around us, so you really have great privacy at our house.

We are also just around the corner from the Bear Lake golf course, Pickleville Playhouse, and Ideal Beach (for which we have access). It doesn't take much travel to find something to do.

We have two large gathering areas in the house. The basement was designed specifically to be a great game, recreation space. It can be hard in other homes to have a space big enough for large groups. In ours, you don't feel cramped when trying to be together.

The bedrooms then give you privacy when you need it. We purposely did not cram tons of bunk beds into every nook and cranny of the house. We want you to feel that you have the comfortable sleeping space you need to really enjoy the home.
