Three Peaks Lodge - prime location, hot tub, finished basement bar & game room.

Welcome to Three Peaks Lodge, our cozy home away from home where you can experience all that Ellicottville has to offer. Whether you’re looking for a night out on the town (short walk), to go hit the slopes (5-minute drive), or just to stay in and cozy up around the fire with family & friends this house has it all. Enjoy the fully finished basement with pool table, air hockey, darts, foosball, or just watch a movie! Outside you can grill up some food or enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub.

Our home includes 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms located in a cozy cul-de-sac right in the village of Ellicottville which is less than a half of a mile walk into the heart of town!

On the first floor you will find your entrance is on the side of the house and features a mud room/laundry area with heated tile. There is also an entrance in the front of the house along with two sliding doors in the living room area which conveniently lead to our back porch/deck area where you can enjoy the hot tub (fits 7), patio furniture, grill and much more. The kitchen has all granite countertops, appliances, and island seating. Off the kitchen is where you will find the dinning room area with rustic stonewall features. The living room area offers a stonewall fireplace with a cathedral ceiling full of windows to enjoy the outdoor views. Off the living room also features a first floor bedroom and half bath for the main floor.

Moving up to the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms all with queen size beds. The master bedroom includes a full bath attached. Second full bath off the hall for remaining bedroom use.

This home also includes a fully finished basement with another full bathroom. Here you will find a fully furnished game room for entertaining and playing with the kids. Features include - surround sound movie area with wet bar and wine fridge, a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, darts and much more. Also in the basement is an additional room with two bunk beds for extra sleeping.

We had an amazing stay at this Ellicottville property. Everything was absolutely beautiful from the home itself to the thoughtful details throughout. It was clean, comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect close to everything, which made getting around so easy. We truly loved it and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Three Peaks Lodge came as advertised. It is perfect for two families with kids (ages 6-10) who want to ski during the day and apres in the hot tub, basement games room, and watching the NFL playoffs (despite the Bills unfortunate loss). We loved walking into town for dinner and the very quick drive to the ski hills. Would recommend to others looking for similar upsides in a EVL VRBO.

Three Peaks Lodge was perfect for our group of 8 women. The beds were comfy, the house was well stocked, and it was only a 5 minute walk into town. I would definitely recommend booking this home for your EVL stay.

Fun Friends Weekend Trip

My fiancée, myself, and friends got together here for a pre-wedding celebration. The house is absolutely beautiful and in such a convenient location, within walking distance of town. We enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Our host was overly kind and easy to get a hold of with any questions. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.

Great Family Skiing Weekend

Three Peaks Lodge is an amazing place. Our family, three couples and two children, had plenty of room, had plenty of things to do - games, pool, hot tub, near the town and ski resort. The owner is very responsive and made us feel very welcome. We had a beautiful time and plan to come back.

Well appointed property in lovely town

The property was clean, well stocked, with lots of activities (inside and outside!) and tons of sleeping space. It was a very quick walk downtown, and the resort was only a 5 minute drive. What an excellent property for a girls weekend!

Perfect place!

Stayed for a Friday to Monday. Everything was perfect. Hot tub was clean and hot! Basement was great for the kids. Played 30 games of air hockey with my 6 year old! Great location

Great Experience

Start to finish, this was a great experience. The owners were great at communicating, the house was beautiful and clean and the amenities were fantastic. Plenty to do on property and great location to town while being off the beaten path.

There were a lot of ants in the house and we had no control over the ac, it was a very hot weekend, but the bedrooms upstairs were exceptionally hot. Pool table was very unlevel and air hockey table needs some work. We absolutely loved the space.

Beautiful home, excellent location

We greatly enjoyed our stay - the home was beautiful, clean, and well cared-for. This house is really conveniently located within walking distance of the main thoroughfare of Ellicottville. Self check-in was easy, and the home has much to offer for entertainment - hot tub, a real fireplace, wet bar, pool table, darts, air hockey, other games, and more. The beds were also very comfortable, and the home offered a very cozy getaway. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be able to book again in the future!

Summer Family Stay

The house is just beautiful and as pictured! Everything was clean and modern. The bedrooms are all very nice, but the beds in each room are full size, which could be important to note of you plan to have more than one person sleep in each room. We stayed here in the summer, and the week was particularly hot. The home is equipped with AC, but it was not turned on or offered during our visit. I would suggest requesting the property management turn it on if visiting in the summer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Ski trip with the fam

The only negative I have to say about this place was that the carbon monoxide detector was chirping when we got there. We had to take the time to figure out where it was coming from and remove it. Owner was very responsive and even sent someone to give us new batteries for it. However that didn’t solve the problem. I have to say I was a little apprehensive about staying not having the CO2 detectors in place.because god forbid something happened. As a rental property owner myself, this is something I as the homeowner wouldn’t be comfortable with. My suggestion would be to have the CO2 detectors hardwired like the smoke detectors were.in this house. No one wants to take the time from their vacation to troubleshoot or fix things while they are there paying to be there. House was great, close proximity to shopping/dining and slopes, nice house overall, fun basement!
