ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
**Quiet time from 10PM to 7AM
**Respect the neighbours
**No shoes in the house
**No smoking of any kind, including cannabis and vaping, and any illicit drugs inside the unit and anywhere on the property.
**No burning of incense.
**Must disclose all people staying at unit

**Late check-out past 10 AM without our consent: $50/15 minutes
**Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.

No parties! Otherwise a $500 fine and immediate eviction
Lost keys/fobs $100/each charge

1 dog and 1 cat are allowed on the property
**DOGS MUST BE SMALL TO MEDIUM AND PHOTO MUST BE PROVIDED
Dogs must be kept on leash in common area of building and outside on property grounds
**Pet fee is $150 per month
**MUST clean up after dog.
