The Room has a King bed, Sofa, Bathroom, Closet, mini fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker. The patio has a Hammock, outside furniture, offers our guests the sweet serenity of a home away from Home. Guests will have their own entrance. We are only 30 mins from Vero Outlet, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Isla, 5 mins to Clover Park Stadium, Pharmacy, Gas Station, Publix, Walmart, Bars and Restaurants. You will be close to everything.
Emergencies on property ---
We hope there is never such a need, however, in an emergency we reserve the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice through 2 means - Messages and in person by knocking. This would only occur for evidence of possible damage to persons property.
-Parking for one car - please utilize the space assign
-Garbage - Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife. Containers are located at the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit. Let us know if you need assistance.
-Smokers adhere to accommodation areas, please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house. A damages fee ($100) and cleaning fee ($50) will be charged if inhalation use is detected inside the unit.
Note - a lighter and candles are provided inside the unit for emergencies - not for recreational inhalation use.
-Accidental damage - Do no damage, report accidents and pay for reasonable repairs. Please alert us to any spills, stains or damage as soon as possible. Damage charges will be assessed on individual basis. Unreported damage, spills or stains will incur an additional fee, $75.
-If extra guest appear that were not previously mentioned an additional charge will be applied, $75.
All violations of the house rules will be directed through the resolution center.
