Room was what we needed to reset from spending holidays in Florida seeing family and friends. 1hr and 45 mins from Florida Panthers arena, EOS gym 9 minutes and a Wawa nearby for a quick fill up and sammies.Responsive host and helpful. Would recommend for anyone needing a place to reset and recharge.

I really enjoyed this spot. The owner was so gracious and I would love to stay here everytime I come to my mom. I felt safe and comfortable. I want to thank the owner for such a clean and perfect location.

Clean, cozy and convenient

We were in town for only a few days and just needed a place to sleep. This space was very comfortable for us. It was clean and well-maintained and offered everything we needed for our brief stay. We were quite happy with our stay.

The room was nice. It was modern and clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable though. Called the owner with a question but never got a response back.

Wedding Trip

My fiance and I stayed here for a wedding trip, check in and out was super easy, very clear communication. The property was very lovely and located on a lake, and the room and bathroom were clean and quiet!

Cozy Comfort

We enjoyed our stay, in spite of a few misgivings upon arrival. The yard, lawn furniture & front door looked neglected & we were concerned about the inside. But all was fine & all our basic needs were met during our stay. The bathroom was updated with a large, beautifully tiled shower. We didn't realize one side of the bed was up against the wall, so every time I would wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I had to climb over my husband to get out and back in. At my age & with knee replacements, that was not easy (my mobility is better than his). There was no way to sit & enjoy the lake view since our entrance was in the back of the house. Would have liked kleenex in the bathroom; also, coffee stirrers since a coffee pot was there for hot water & there were only 2 tea bags provided for our 4 night stay--more would have been nice, along with creamer for the few packets of coffee. We also didn't realize we would have to park in the street & not in the driveway. But all of this was minor to us. (Although someone could have a problem crawling over the other person in bed to get out.) We were not in the room all that much, so none of these issues affected our overall enjoyment, the convenient location & competitive rates of the room. Our host was very nice & cheerful. I'm sure if we had asked for some of the aforementioned items, she would have provided them, but we felt they were not worth bothering her. All in all, we were very satisfied!

Picture deceiving, couldn’t see pond from room. Didn’t have utensils or proper dishes to use and what was available were dirty, it was very warm in room no airflow had to ask for fan. Unit really needs a window ac unit. There were bugs in bathroom and had to park across from driveway and never got code till I arrived at home and had to knock on front door to get information.

Better than a Hotel stay

We were please with this rental. Very clean and even smelled great when we walked in. It looks exactly like the VRBO pictures. It was just what we expected and suited our needs just fine.

I had left early on the morning of the 18th as we had a long drive to get to Port St Lucie so I did not receive the information on how to get into the room or any of the other details on what to do for check-in etc.

Property was dirty. Looked old. Room furniture was OLD Room missing smoke detector. Seat in shower was literally hanging off the wall with the four screws hanging out. I had one request, and that was to replace my towels and empty the waste basket (which there was only one). Came back 13 hours later...not done Lake view???

Room with private bathroom

The location of the room is in the back of the host’s house. There is a separate entrance to a lovely bathroom with a shower and then the room which to us is best described as a bedroom. It has a mini fridge/freezer, a Keurig and a microwave and a tv. No couch to sit on as no room for that. The location of the house is in a beautiful safe and quiet residential area as we walked around the area a few times. The hosts are wonderful people and they were there at a moments notice if we needed anything. Very attentive to our needs but also gave us total privacy. The price was right but if u want more than just a room with a bathroom then this might not work.

There was a nice view if we walked from the back where we stayed, to the front of the house, but couldn't see the lake from our unit. So that's false advertisement and a disappointment! The dog in the house behind us barked and woke us up early in the morning, and you could hear the people on the other side of our unit - the walls were very thin! Otherwise, it was a quiet neighborhood. Also, there was a lot of dust behind the bed, so people with a dust allergy would have truly suffered! Fortunately, we weren't bothered and didn't see it until we dropped something behind the bed. But we liked the price and the owner was very nice when we had to make contact with her. We were nevertheless, grateful for a roof over our heads and it was fairly close to our family with whom we came to visit

Our home is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood, it is very relaxing as it faces a lake great to go for a brisk walk, jog or run. We have a great tree swing to sit and relax and just enjoy Florida nature, we have seen ducks, Pelicans, rabbits, blue jays, cardinals, wood peckers, and colorful birds in our area.

Easy access to I95 and the Turnpike, easy drive to: Family Walmart, Publix, Bravos Supermarket, Little Ceasars, Dollar General McDonalds, Highway 55, Xakbys , Duffy's Grill, Bonefish Macs, Domino's Pizza, Dunkin Doughnuts, Starbucks, Chinatown take-out, KeKe's Restaurant, Massimo's Pizza, Wing Stop, The Landing at Traditions is just 11 minutes away which is a great place for shopping, restaurants, ice-cream, water views and they have an excellent walking trail with outdoor excercise machines, Jensen Beach is 25 minutes away and lots, lots more!
