Wonderful condo with excellent location! Everything was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Outstanding location with shopping, grocery and restaurants just across the street. My husband never moved our car except to drive to Harbor Town to see the NYE fireworks. Highly recommend a stay here if you visit Hilton Head!

Had a great stay in this well appointed condo. Nice view, most awesome sunrises anywhere! Photos represent the unit well. Kitchen has all you could need to whip up your favorites. Property manager was the best ever to work with. Do a bit of research on the location and you’ll find most everything you need is very close by.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for our family and the kids loved the Murphy beds (ages 7 & 9). You will not be disappointed in this unit. Also the master bed is extremely comfortable!! :)

Family vacation

Great unit that has been nicely renovated. Kids loved the Murphy bunk beds. Location of the property was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely rent it again.

This was our 6th visit to HHI but the first time without our kids and grandkids. Julie's rental was the.perfect match for us. I would highly recommendthis property.

Spring Vacation

The property was just lovely! The Condo had everything and more! The location was perfect. Close to the beach and Coligny Shopping Center. The owner was great and replied to all questions promptly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this property again!!!

Wonderful

We have been wanting to stay at Seaside for a few years now and it did not disappoint. From the close proximity to Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to Pool Bar Jim’s it was a great experience. Our condo was perfect and it was updated and had a great view. Our host Julie was great to communicate with and everything was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful place. Location is great, safe area and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great pots and pans, great utensils and a nice coffee maker. The bed was great. Honestly, one of the best places we’ve stayed. Host was great.

Great little gem in the heart of Coligny!

Just got back from traveling with my husband and teenage son and I can't say enough good things about this property. You can't beat the location - on the beach and walking distance to so many great shops and bars/restaurants. The heated pool was a great treat during some of the cooler days during our visit and Pool Bar Jim's is conveniently located poolside so drinks and snacks are never out of reach. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything you could want. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit HHI!

Beautiful condo close to everything.

Nicely renovated condo extremely comfortable & great location. We stayed with teenage kids & love the condo amenities & being by Coligny plaza. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I have stayed in several units at the seacrest and this was a family favorite! The only thing I would change is receiving the parking pass before arriving. We have had hosts mail in the past since parking is very strict and that has been super helpful since the area requires a pass to not tow if you arrive before 4pm. Just something to plan for and keep in mind. Great stay and we have already booked again!

Great room with the perfect location. Room was clean and just like the pictures. Just across the road from coligny so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to.

Convenient to everything

My wife and I come to HHI a couple times a year for the past 25+ years. This is nicely updated and spacious place. Even though it’s not ocean front the view is great.

wonderful getaway

We enjoyed our stay at your condo so much. It was a great relaxing weekend playing in the pool, riding bikes and playing golf. Your condo is beautiful! And most of all the kids LOVED the bunk beds!

Wonderful

This was our 4th visit to Hilton Head, and this property was by far our favorite place we've stayed! You cannot beat the view from the room or the easy walk to the pool and beach. The property grounds and room itself were clean, and Julie responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely come back--highly recommend!

Anniversary vacation

My husband and I had a great time. This condo is beautiful. The location was great. It is directly across the road from Coligny, shopping and food. Any time I called the host, Julie, she was extremely helpful. 5 star definite!!!

Seacrest stay

Check in was easy. Place was clean, kitchen was very well stocked. Owner responded to questions quickly. Directly across from Coligny. We loved our stay and hope to return.
