This condo was excellent! It is in the perfect location - a quick walk to the beach and directly across the street from Coligny. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and the view is wonderful. Leslie is a super responsive host and was so helpful. She sent everything we needed well before the trip making check in very easy. The condo has all the amenities you would need. We would absolutely stay here again.

Birthday Getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway to celebrate wife’s birthday. Great unit. Perfect size for family of 8 plus infant. Great location with grocery store and many restaurants within short walking distance. Entire family had a great time!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location! Staying in a space such as the one in Seacrest made our beach vacation one to remember. Waking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and incredible entertainment! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make memories in Hilton Head!

Seacrest stay

We absolutely loved this property! We have stayed many places and this was one of the best. There were 6 adults & 1 child and we had plenty of room. Short walk to the beach! Pool & bar were so nice. Felt very safe and security was always walking around! You can walk across the street for anything you need at Coligny! It was the perfect place to stay!

Great Spot

The view and location were perfect.. easy access to the beach and just across the street from Coligny Park.. really no need to even move the car unless you just want something super specific… everything is within walking distance. Already talking about planning another visit… will definitely stay here again if at all possible.

Excellent accommodations and location

Our family gathered for a little early summer relaxation. The 3 bedrooms with the pullout couch was perfect for 8 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 & 12). We had everything we needed from linens to kitchen wares. The location is perfect - easy walk to the ocean through the lagoons and pool area on one side and shops/restaurants/grocery across the street on the other side. Piggly Wiggly! The owner is very responsive to any questions and the condo is well maintained. The lagoons were being repaired during our stay but no concerns given the beautiful view of the ocean from the 3rd floor windows and balcony. Parking seemed limited but we always had a spot. The pool areas do require a wrist band; I kept ours in the towel bag - easy, peasy when "carded". There are fee disclosure notes around the condo related to the window shades and TV setups if broken. No worries with our group. I'm hoping to rent this unit again!

Beautiful and roomy

This condo is very roomy and very beautiful. The area is convenient to Coligny Plaza. Being right on the beach was perfect! Work was being done on the large pond, but that was to be expected during the time of year we were there. The indoor pool does need some attention, but this had nothing to do with this beautiful condo. The kitchen was well furnished will all the pots, pans, dishes etc. The a/c was great as well!! We will stay here again.

Great Property!

We love Sea Crest, and this was one of our best stays. The location is perfect with wonderful ocean views. Clean and comfortable, and communication with the owners was timely and made the experience very easy.

Great Family Get-Away

This unit on the third floor was very spacious with three master suites. It was perfect for our family plus our girls' two friends to give everyone a private room and bath. It has an attractive balcony view of the lagoon, pools, and beach. The unit was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. the TVs in each bedroom and the very large one in the living room provided nice entertainment in the evenings. There also are several board games provided in the unit as well. It is conveniently located across the street from Coligny Plaza, which was great for our teenage girls to explore. This is an end-unit and was overall very quiet from hearing other guests in the building. We were impressed with the speed of the elevators (never waited long) and the cleanliness of the complex. In a previous review we read about placing your beach stuff in your car strategically near one of the ramps to the lagoon area. We followed this advice and it made our back and forth from the beach much easier with the beach wagon we brought. There are not any beach chairs included with this unit, so remember to bring your own. This area of Hilton Head and the beach is more congested. We suggest going out to the beach early to set up a good spot. Jim's beach bar on the property has great frozen drinks, food, and fast service. Jim's does get crowded, but the security is managed well to keep the pool crowd separate for owners/guests from the patrons. Overall we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was incredible. Also have pool bar Jims on-site was the icing on the cake. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We made amazing family memories here!

Perfect location, beautiful property

We have been going to Hilton Head for 30 plus years and this has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is spacious, beautifully maintained and decorated, and an easy short walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shopping. Leslie was great to work with too and was very responsive.

Beautiful villa.

This SeaCrest villa is beautiful and very well maintained. The view from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the grounds and ocean is fantastic. The villa is well appointed with newer furniture, appliances and kitchen is well stocked. The booking process was very easy and the owner, Leslie, was very accommodating and was available to answer any questions or address any issues that arose during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect!

Best location - across the street from fun shops & restaurants, steps from clean, wide, beautiful Coligny beach, easy access to everything on the island. Spacious, clean condo - 3 large masters with adjoining baths, lots of common area seating with 2 recliners overlooking amazing view of property & beach. Host - Leslie was amazing with great suggestions, directions and helpfulness. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Will be back for sure!

Inaccurate listing - Should have been updated a year ago

The best part of the property was the beautiful view. The location is also great and there are shops, restaurants, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We were all very disappointed to find out that the indoor pool, fitness room, and outdoor hot tub were all closed. Knowing that it would be a chilly time of year, I specifically looked for a property that had an indoor pool and hot tub. Covid was the reason for the closure, so presumably these amenities have been unavailable for over a year but the owner did not update the listing. The property manager was on vacation and never returned a phone call. My husband opened a blind the first morning and it broke. The blinds are roman shades that are clearly old because the fabric is discolored and yellow with age. We were charged $100 for this damage, yet were given zero compensation for the lack of amenities included in the listing. There was a note posted about the blinds stating that the cleaning staff will inspect for damage, so clearly this is a recurring problem. I am not surprised because these old shades are supported by a string not much thicker than a fishing line. The property was mostly quite clean, but there was food in the couch and the chair, so the cleaning crew may want to add this to their routine. The condo was well stocked with towels, blankets, and toiletry items. We were locked out out the unit an hour before our checkout time and that led to some stress. Thankfully the owner was responsive and gave us a new code quickly. Overall, we had a great trip, but this unit had some significant disappointments.

Three 65+ couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leslie's Hilton Head beachfront place. Great location, clean, amazing view and well supplied. Three King suite rooms each with a tv, large bathroom and walk in closets. Walk to shops and places to eat. Highly recommend!
