Villa Cualli at El Encanto, Punta Mita, stands as one of the latest additions to the Punta Mita resort community within the newly developed El Encanto. Boasting four well-appointed bedrooms and baths, the name "Cualli," derived from Nahuatl, translates to "good."

This contemporary condo offers breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. Positioned at the tip of the Punta Mita peninsula, it is surrounded by the sea, providing convenient access to resort amenities, beach clubs, golf courses, St. Regis, and the El Encanto community. The residence features a private pool off the main living area, offering panoramic vistas extending from the ocean to the cityscape and lights of Puerto Vallarta.

Villa Cualli is tastefully adorned with luxury custom furnishings, art, and textiles, creating an idyllic oasis in this Mexican paradise. To enhance your relaxation, a full-time housekeeper ensures daily cleaning and prepares your chosen breakfast from Monday through Saturday (groceries not included). Additionally, our concierge is available to assist with pre-arrival planning and on-site needs.

This was a beautiful property! Great location, view, and had everything we needed for 2 families with kids. Comfortable beds, daily housekeeping service, and the team went above and beyond to get decorations we requested to celebrate a birthday. Great access to beach clubs and easy to get to on the provided golf cart. Fernando assisted with reservations and suggestions as well. Great views from pool too. The daily team is very nice but doesn’t speak English so prepare to translate. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great 4 days in Punta Mita

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Manager is super communicative and we really enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered included such as the great beach clubs. Added bonus was having a heated pool. We also took advantage of the chef offering and it was great. We had fresh cooked meals while kids could play which is great for a family vacation. Highly recommend this place.

Book this place!

Looking for a VRBO in Punta Mita behind the gates? Look no further- this place is perfect. Host is very helpful and responsive. The villa is a 2nd floor condo (there’s an elevator) and is exactly as shown in the photos. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Very comfortable and gorgeous views. I’ve stayed in other villas behind the gates and would definitely return to this one!

Wonderful stay

Gorgeous property that looks just like the photos. We were a group of 10 and everyone felt that there was more than enough space to accommodate. The pool is amazing!

Amazing Vacation

Villa Cualli was incredible! Everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful - impeccable design and furnishings. Top quality kitchen appliances and cookware. Each bedroom had its own bath and balcony. The view was spectacular from the pool/patio. All rooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group. Fernando was extremely helpful in arranging everything from dinners to an extra golf cart and airport transportation. Ruby was super sweet and did an incredible job keeping the house spotless. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Cualli and will definitely return!

Shiny & new - Great for 2 families

We stayed here with 2 families, 9 people total and it was perfect! The location within the gates is great, close to St Regis and not far from other beach clubs. We rented an additional golf cart, which worked out perfect for our size crew. The property is brand new, very clean, with great views of the ocean. Housekeeper Ana and her crew kept it very neat and tidy and cooked us breakfast when we requested. She is an amazing cook! Fernando helped before arrival with reservations and getting us the extra golf cart. He was responsive and helpful. We ordered groceries beforehand and it was all ready and waiting for us when we arrived. There was no itemized bill for groceries at the end, but the price was reasonable. We have stayed at older El Encanto units in the past and we would definitely stay at Villa Cualli again! It’s our new go to unit.

Villa Cualli Excellence

Villa Cualli was the perfect Mexico experience. The condo featured large spaces, brand new furnishings, beautifully appointed and all the beds were very comfortable! We liked where El Encanto is situated inside the gates - not too far from any of the beach clubs and restaurants. Anna Rosa did an amazing job caring for the unit and preparing our breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Fernando for all your help getting us into this beautiful unit!
