Step onto the small patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze as you settle into a cozy outdoor seat for two. Inside, the spacious living area invites the whole family to gather, share stories, and unwind after a day of exploring nearby parks and attractions. The simply designed layout lets you move effortlessly from the bright kitchen breakfast nook to the comfortable lounge, creating a seamless flow for both relaxation and together‑time.
Sleeping Arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each enjoy a private full bathroom, offering ample space for families or groups to spread out and recharge. The consistent queen‑size beds provide familiar comfort without the need to guess sizes or configurations.
Living Space
The large living area comfortably seats everyone, with a layout that accommodates both movie nights and quiet reading corners. A small patio off the living room adds a touch of outdoor living, perfect for morning coffee or an evening chat under the sky.
Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, and a dedicated breakfast nook makes casual mornings easy. Adjacent dining space provides a place for the family to sit down and share meals together.

Conveniently located on the second floor, the unit is a short drive from several popular spots: the University of South Florida is 5 minutes (2.2 mi) away, MOSI is 8 minutes (4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes (4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park is 10 minutes (5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes (5.9 mi). These easy‑access destinations make it simple to enjoy both cultural attractions and natural scenery.
Parking & Access
Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, clearly labeled “Visitor.” The unit’s location within a gated community provides peace of mind, while the second‑floor setting offers a quiet retreat from street level activity.
Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, this spacious yet cozy home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time in Lutz.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
