The Space:

Mornings begin with coffee in a quiet kitchen nook, afternoons are spent exploring nearby parks and attractions, and nights wind down in a spacious living area made for shared moments. Set within a gated community in Lutz, this second-floor retreat offers room to gather while still giving everyone their own place to unwind.
The space
The unit is thoughtfully laid out to balance openness and privacy. A generous living area anchors the home, connecting easily to the dining space and kitchen so conversations flow naturally throughout the day. Just off the living room, a small patio provides a simple outdoor spot to sit and enjoy a change of scenery.
The kitchen is a full kitchen, designed for preparing simple meals at home, whether you are cooking together or grabbing a quick bite before heading out. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for added convenience during longer stays.
Sleeping arrangements
The home features four queen bedrooms, each paired with its own full bathroom. This setup allows groups and families to spread out comfortably while still enjoying the ease of private bathroom access for every bedroom. Bed linens and essentials are provided to support a relaxed, easy stay.
Outdoor and community amenities
Guests have access to shared community amenities within the gated property. Enjoy time at the pool, stay active at the gym, or make use of the BBQ grill and outdoor common areas. Walking and biking trails, a basketball court, clubhouse, and lounge round out the shared facilities available during your stay.
Work and connectivity
Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, whether you are handling remote work or planning your next day’s activities. A TV is available for relaxed evenings indoors.

Conveniently located near USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks, the unit puts you close to some of the area’s most popular attractions while remaining tucked inside a quiet residential community. Major roadways nearby make getting around simple, whether you are heading into Tampa or exploring the surrounding area.
Access and parking
You will have exclusive access to the entire unit along with community amenities. Entry is via self check-in using a smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises in visitor-labeled spaces on a first come, first served basis.
Pet-friendly and suited for both short visits and longer stays, this home offers a comfortable base for families and groups looking to settle in and enjoy the area at their own rhythm.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
