You step onto the small patio, inhale the fresh air, and feel the day’s possibilities unfold. The single‑level layout invites you to move easily from bedroom to living space, while the calm neighborhood offers a peaceful backdrop for your Tampa‑area adventure.
Sleeping arrangements
Four spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest a private retreat. The layout keeps the rooms separated enough for quiet while staying connected to the shared living areas.
Living areas
The living room provides ample room for the whole group to gather after a day of exploring Tampa Palms and Lutz. A flat‑screen TV is ready for movie nights, and the dining area and breakfast nook invite shared meals or late‑night conversations. From the living room you can step out to the patio or balcony, where seating for two lets you enjoy a quiet moment with fresh air.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for simple meals, from brewing morning coffee to preparing dinner. A spacious countertop and dining table make it easy to cook together and enjoy home‑cooked meals in a relaxed setting.
Outdoor & shared facilities
Community amenities are just steps away: a sparkling pool, well‑maintained gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and a grill for outdoor cooking. These shared facilities let you stay active and unwind without leaving the complex. Free on‑site parking adds convenience for arrivals and departures.
Home essentials
Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Bathroom essentials, a washer and dryer, and reliable Wi‑Fi support both short stays and longer visits. A dedicated workspace and smart‑lock self check‑in give you flexibility for remote work or late arrivals. The unit is pet‑friendly, so your furry companions can join the getaway.

Set in the Tampa Palms area near Lutz, the home sits on quiet streets while remaining close to shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences. A short drive brings you to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and nearby parks, offering a blend of cultural attractions and outdoor recreation.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Getting Around:
We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
