The Space:

Whether you’re here for nearby attractions or simply to enjoy time indoors with family, the space is designed to help you settle in quickly and feel at ease.
The space
This entire rental unit is located on the first floor of a single-level building, with no stairs inside the home. The layout balances openness and privacy, making it suitable for groups who want shared time as well as their own space. The living area is generously sized and connects naturally to the dining area and kitchen, creating a central spot for meals, conversations, or relaxed evenings with the TV. A small patio just off the living room offers outdoor seating for two.
Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has its own full bathroom, allowing everyone to enjoy personal space and convenience throughout the stay. Bed linens and bathroom essentials are provided for comfort.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals during your stay. With space to cook and dine together, it’s easy to start the morning at a relaxed pace or gather in the evening after a day out. A breakfast nook and a separate dining area offer options for casual or sit-down meals.
Outdoor and shared amenities
Guests have access to community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and shared grilling areas. These facilities are part of the community and are available during your stay. The home also includes access to a patio or balcony area and a BBQ grill within the shared outdoor spaces.
Added conveniences
The unit includes a washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and free parking on the premises. Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated visitor spots. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and the property is pet-friendly.

Situated in Lutz, Florida, the unit offers convenient driving access to local attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The surrounding area provides a calm residential feel while keeping you within reach of dining, recreation, and major roads.
This space is well-suited for families or groups looking for a straightforward, comfortable place to stay while exploring the Tampa area or enjoying time together indoors.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
