Disfrutar de la tranquila ciudad de Omena en esta casa en la bah�����a de Ingalls en un entorno boscoso Pac��fico. Despierta con vistas al amanecer magn������fica sobre West Grand Traverse Bay y el sonido del agua golpeando suavemente la orilla. Privada, zona tranquila es un gran lugar para escapar. 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. 2 casa de un nivel, se enfrenta a Oriente. En una calle lateral tranquila. Camas para 8, pero hasta 10 personas está bien.

En Omena, disfrutar de una cata en una bodega local, visitar galerías de arte o de rock local recogen en la bahía. Location was good. The deck was filthy,You could not truly appreciate the view due to the windows were disgusting.Kitchen sink and counter were not cleaned. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, only 3 coffee cups and a 4th that had no handle (broken off) for 4 people.1st floor shower had a ridiculous lack of water flow, might as well say none....very disappointing....

This is a beautiful spot. But we got what we paid for. House isn’t overly equipped and desperately needs mold removal in the bathrooms. I hope they remodel soon and do it right (aka rip up the flooring in the bathroom so they can remove the mold before putting new flooring down. Anyone with mold allergies will not do well here. Beach and fire pit are perfect. Wonderful quiet road. Lots of potential in this house but needs some work and some more kitchen supplies.

We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The deck was very nice and the beach was great. However, upon pulling up to the property there was garbage on the ground and the outside windows and doors were covered in cobwebs and spiders. It would have also been nice if the grass/weeds around the house would have been cut. The inside had a very strong musty smell and the basement was very damp with black mold. Also, several windows did not have screens so you couldn’t open all the windows. In one of the cabinets it had an open box of cereal and pop tarts. All in all we really enjoyed the area but we’re pretty disappointed that a home on lake front property was just not taken care of. We would definitely love to come back if the home was better taken care of.

Great location. House needs TLC!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You couldn't ask for a better location. Private and beautiful beach right out the back door. But the house definitely needs a lot of work. Multiple window screens missing. The sulfer smell was horrible. Especially upstairs where you can't open the window due to the missing screen. We arrived after the 4:00 check in time and the cleaning guy was still there. He was also there waiting in the road when we left the house 30 minutes before check out. A bit unnerving. Very outdated house. Wallpaper peeling, shower drain not connected to floor, electrical tape holding lamp switches together. The price you pay for this property is definitely all for the beach location.

Amazing getaway!

This was an excellent rental for our large family! The beach and lake were stunning, the house was spacious and clean, and the communication was great! There are a couple condition issues, but nothing that takes away from the enjoyment. We would absolutely stay here again! I do wish that the screens on the windows were all in place, and that the balcony door wasn't screwed shut, as it got REALLY HOT for the kids upstairs without air conditioning and the ability to open windows. Overall, this was the perfect vacation for us!!

Great location, property could use some attention.

The location is great, the beach is excellent. We barely saw another person on the beach. It was like we had the entire stretch of beach to ourself. If there was some attention to the home to clean up a few things it would simply be a great place. Better beds, a better couch, a nice spot to clean off sandy feet. All simple upgrades that would make me want to come back. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere for next years trip.

fun family getaway

The house was perfect for us. The cabin does need some TLC, (light bulbs replaced, batteries in the remote) but overall, it was a great experience. The water heater was somehow shut off when we got there and trash was overflowing, but the staff quickly came and solved both issues. Beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable. The location is great, the sandy beach was a bonus, and the kids enjoyed the water. Smores were made around the bonfire pit, and the next day when it was raining, smores were made inside at the fireplace. We will definitely come back and recommend this cabin.

The location was great. Beautiful beach and quiet area. My only complaints were the condition of the home. It is a very dated. We couldn't even get a light to turn on in the kitchen. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Location

This rental is in a great location, on the beach which provides the ability to catch the sunrise from the deck. Northport, Sutton's Bay, Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland (Fish Town) , the entire Leelanau Peninsula were within close proximity. The house provided everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the linen was nice, the towels were plentiful. My only suggestions are a new remote contol for the tv, a new tash can for the kitchen (the current one has a bad odor despite cleaning) and a new couch for the living room. Overall, the rental was very nice and I would highly recommend. TTownTown)

Eat Beachh Retreat

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No television and wi-fi made it a bad vacation. By the way, did you know the DVD was actually and old VCR player so we couldn't even watch the dvds we brought. And the toaster is the old one I complained about last year. It needs to be replaced people!!
