This home is located in one of the most desirable and safest areas of Hickory, NC. You will be in the Viewmont area within walking distance of several shops and restaurants and a short drive to others. The home is a short drive to the growing, yet quaint downtown area as well where you can enjoy the Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

The driveway will allow up to three cars. Though this apartment is the upper level of the house there are no stairs required to enter, only a couple of steps to the front door from the driveway.

You have access to the front yard and everything listed in the photos. No shared spaces with other guests.

Also, the tvs are connected to wifi and you can login to your favoriate apps. There is no cable or local tv.

There is public transportation available in Hickory. The driveway will allow up to three cars. Several restaurants within walking distance such as Fourk, Backstreets Bar and Grill, and Starbucks.
