The house is in a peaceful, quiet and friendly neighborhood and is not located on a through street. Vehicle traffic is at a minimum. This house is only being offered as a rental for the US Open. It is not a rental house. It's a home and you and your guests will feel right at home here!

This brand new house has 4 bedrooms - each with its own full bathroom, ceiling fan and brand new Smart TV. This spacious and immaculate home is laid out on two levels providing all the amenities of home. The main floor has hardwoodd throughout! The master bedroom located on the main floor, with amazing views of the lake, has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with a double vanity, Kohler clawfoot tub, walk-in-shower and a private commode. The other two bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds, Smart TV's and ensuite private attached bathroom. The second master bedroom on the lower level has a king size bed, Smart TV and ensuite private attached bathroom. All bedding in the house is new as of August 2023. The main floor living room offers a brand new 75" Smart TV and gas fireplace. The lower level of the home also includes a rec room that includes a beautiful 8 foot slate pool table. Spectacular views of the lake off the upper level of the screened-in porch are the highlight of this beautiful home along with the lower level covered patio that is an inviting place to grill and dine on the eight (8) seat patio table. Between the firepit area and dock, there are eight (8) adirondack chairs available to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing cocktail while providing a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake. The home also has a multipurpose room located off the living area that includes a large island that is used as an office area and includes a brand new washer and dryer set. There are six (6) Smart TV's in the house along with FREE wifi among the amenities offered.

The home offers a circular driveway plus two additional garage spots. Between the circular driveway and garage spots, there is room for at least eight (8) vehicles. We have keyless, self check-in and garage door opener to make access to the home easy and convenient including unloading all your golf gear when you finish your round.

Pinehurst's majestic, quiet tree-lined neighborhoods offer a perfect backdrop to your visit to the area. The world-renowned Pinehurst Country Club, Magnolia Inn and Village of Pinehurst are just a 10-minute drive away. Within 10 minutes of the home, you will find everything you need - grocery, restaurants, liquor stores, bank, shopping, gas stations, movie theaters and more. Both Uber and Lyft are offered in the area.

Pinehurst Brewing Company, Vito's Pizza, Starbucks, McDonald's, Carolina Dining Room, and grocery stores are just 3 or 4 minutes away by car. You'll have the entire home to yourself.
