Three bedroom home with direct access to Kelley's Pond!

Duck, Duck… Duck! This lovely home is nestled on a quiet lane in West Dennis, with water views and access to Kelley's Pond.

The first level features a comfortable family room, separate den with TV, dining room , updated galley kitchen and half bathroom. At the other end of the home you will find the master bedroom with a King size bed. Off the family room will be the 2nd bedroom with two twins and a full size bathroom located in the hallway with a standing shower (no tub). Up the stairs, you will find a spacious loft area equipped with a Queen size bed and peeks of Kelley's Pond. Brand new full size LG washer and dryer for Spring of 2025!

This is a perfect spot to bring or rent your own kayak and spend the days on the pond; fishing, relaxing and bird watching! If you can pull yourself away from the pond, you will also find West Dennis Beach just down the road, only .8 mile. The sunsets will not disappoint!

The location of the property was perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped except for the household items we were told to bring and the sheets we rented because we don't own king-size sheets. Our only issues were that the TV was challenging to operate and it would have been even more desirable had there been kayaks to use. Also, there was a slight musty smell perhaps from being closed up for a while. All in all I loved it.
