Holiday weekend

The house was just as advertised and in a great spot to go to the beach for a few hours. Would definitely book again if we were looking to come back to the area.

Holiday visit

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was conveniently located near family and the beach. House was adequately stocked with the basics so we didn’t need to worry. Adorable house that nicely accommodated 5 adults and 2 children 2 and under.

The Sunrise Beach House was a perfect place for us during a visit to Marshfield for a family event. Scott was a terrific host, providing clear and timely communication before our stay and at check out. There were no surprises - the house is just as advertised, and we found it charming . . . comfortable, cozy, and clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. It is in a nice location close to the beach and to town. We plan on returning and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Scott!

Cozy home base for a wedding weekend

We arrived during a stormy weekend but Scott’s home was the perfect landing spot for us. Very quiet and cozy in a convenient spot with access to the beach and food/restaurants. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, and blankets, and we had a great time despite the coastal flood advisory over the weekend!

Charming New England beach cottage

We enjoyed a long Labor Day weekend at the beach in Marshfield. The cottage was a classic New England experience. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well appointed walk to the beach was nice and short. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit There were extra activities in the neighborhood and general area for Labor Day that were very nice.

Mom and Sons trip

Scott was responsive with any questions within hours weeks before our stay! Check in was seamless, there was not a need for anything. Perfect extras, clean home and area, four clean comfortable beds upstairs, AC was cold and comfortable. It was a quiet area and is a 2-3 min walk to a private ocean spot! We loved it!!!

Family stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was beautiful, really cozy and comfy, and most importantly clean!!! Everything worked well and we had absolutely no issues at all. Scott was an amazing host. He always responded quick and efficiently. He was very detailed, therefore, check in and check out was seamless! The house had all the essentials and he gave some great neighborhood recommendations. The yard was great and the beach is so close and a must see!! You have to see why it’s called Sunrise Beach! The house and location were great! We plan on returning and would definitely stay here again.Thanks again Scott!
