Rosé All Day on 30A is a brand-new rental located in Watersound, FL, perfectly positioned between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, directly across from The Big Chill. This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is fully furnished with all-new items. Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, plus popcorn and candy for a perfect movie night. Guests also have access to a new 6-seater street-legal golf cart—free during your stay!
Just steps from the zero-entry resort-style pool and minutes from the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, this home offers both comfort and convenience. Families will love the 5,000 sq. ft. pool area, complete with fountains, cabanas, outdoor kitchen, BBQ stations, lounge areas, and a heated pool (March, April, October, November). Another resort-style pool is also located on the southside of 30A as well you can also use.
Designed with attention to detail, this beach house features 9-foot ceilings and a wall of windows that fill the living area with light. The living room has brand-new furniture for ultimate comfort. The split-bedroom layout ensures privacy:
• Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, dual vanities, private water closet, deluxe walk-in shower, and Smart TV
• Guest Bedroom: Custom queen-over-queen bunk beds, access to a screened-in deck for morning coffee, and Smart TV
The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials—pots, pans, cutting boards, upgraded appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker—perfect for cooking at home.
Across the street, The Big Chill offers endless entertainment, including a 25-ft outdoor LED theater screen for concerts, movies, and sports, plus restaurants, bars, boutique shops, and family activities. Enjoy Luke Bryan’s Cigar & Gastro Pub, an on-site coffee house, ice cream shop, and more.
For added convenience, the garage is stocked with 6 beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, 2 adult bikes, and 2 kids’ bikes with helmets—ready for exploring the 17-mile paved biking path right outside the subdivision.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted. There is a great grocery store less than 4 miles away (Publix Super Market).
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund of the nightly rate, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will result in no refund. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement.
*Off-season monthly rates available upon request
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure, please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under no circumstances. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the condo. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued.
This property does have surveillance cameras at the entry points of the home.
Please note: Parking is available for ONE vehicle. No camper, RV, or towing trailer space is available. No street parking. If you have more than one vehicle please let us know and we will direct you as to where to park your second vehicle close by.
