Conveniently located for fun and recreation, you'll be less than seven miles from Lake Bomoseen State Park. Enjoy boating, fishing, and hiking at nearby Half Moon Pond State Park, 10 miles away, and Lake St. Catherine State Park, 12 miles away. For added convenience, boat rentals are offered close by at Woodard Marine Boat Rentals. Okemo Mountain Resort, 37 miles away, offers top-tier skiing and snowboarding in the winter, as do Pico Mountain Ski Resort and Killington Ski Area.

Closer to home delight in lake access, just steps from your door. Use the provided canoe and kayaks for a sunrise paddle session, or sip your morning coffee on the seasonal dock, letting the waves roll in beneath your feet.

Step into this little slice of heaven and feel at home in the wood-paneled living area bursting with cozy seating and whimsical rustic decor. Snuggle up with some cocoa by the fireplace to stream your favorite movies, or break out the puzzles at the dining table. A full kitchen hosts modern appliances and plenty of storage so the chef in your group can easily prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Enjoy the outdoor grill for a barbecue while everyone lounges on the spacious, wraparound deck, soaking up some sun and sharing laughs. The majestic lake views and peaceful surroundings are destined to inspire ultimate relaxation. You may even spot a sheep or two roaming the property! Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The wood-burning stove in the basement is not operational.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Available seasonally from Early May - End of October. Guests can moor their boat at this dock and park their boat trail at the house or on the road leading up to the house (where there is a turn out). The water is about 8 feet deep at the end of the dock. You can put your boat in at a nearby marina.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
