"La Casa Bianca" Fabulous 3 Bed Home next to H St & Union Market

Welcome to La Casa Bianca, our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a couple blocks from H St and a couple minutes driving from Union Market, our place is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home.
Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet U New York Ave (about 20 min walking from the house and about 5 min driving).

The house is located in NE DC and a couple blocks from H St, a couple minutes driving from Union Market, 10 minutes driving from the White House and all the main touristic attractions downtown. Whole Foods store is just 5 min driving. Closest airport is Reagan National Airport (20-25 min driving), Baltimore International Airport is about 45 min driving and Dulles Airport is about 45 min-1 hour driving.

Our unit has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main level. A king bedroom, 2 full separate bathrooms, and a kids room with bunk beds (one full and one twin) on the lower level. The unit can comfortably host up to 7 guests. There is also one sofa bed in the living room so the max capacity is 8 guests.

The unit features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen. All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest.

Two of the bedrooms have smart TVs. Please login using your credentials. The living room has a smart TV and board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Dining table is also available.

1 private parking space available in the back of the property. Street parking is also available in front of the property. Please watch street signs for parking hours.

**Property has 2 levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**

Noise levels: Our property is located in a big city, so there will always be a certain level of noise coming from construction sites nearby, cars, ambulances, firetrucks, etc. We do not issue reimbursements for street or construction noise. High chair and pack n play crib is available for families traveling with infants or toddlers.

Fast speed Wi-Fi available throughout the unit.

HOUSE RULES

NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Guests that are caught bringing pets or having parties without our consent will be required to leave the property immediately.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Guests that are caught smoking inside the property will be required to leave the property immediately.

Firearms or any type of weapons are strictly not allowed in our property.

Had a wonderful one night stay at this clean, spacious well sorted Townhouse. The hostess Claire was very prompt with communicating, and very accomodating to our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with many amenities. The entire space was clean. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if ever in the DC area!!

Good location! Walking distance to the Union Market. Parking space in the back of the property was very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and having three full bathrooms was a definite plus. The pictures are true to life.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and well-organized, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The property was spotless when we arrived, which made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or local attractions. The home looks exactly like it does in the listing photos—beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa Bianca. The home meets the listed expectations and more. All the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The homes location is very close to all the monuments. We loved having access to 3 bathrooms, truly a game changer. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely rebook this home again!

Superb homey and relax short stay accommodation

The property is true to what it’s offering. Our stay of 3 days and 2 night for a family 7 made us felt like home. The place has very welcoming ambience, very spacious and fully equipped , well maintained and spotless clean, and it offers basic amenities of a single family home, just perfect for a place we’re looking for to stay and feel relaxed. The neighborhood is quiet and not busy. Property is close to various local restos/cafes and minutes drive to major attractions of downtown DC. Claire, our host has been so accommodating and helpful from the start we reserved the place. She made sure we’ll have a comfortable stay, and she met that goal. We left the place filled with good experience and happy memories.🥰 Great thanks to you Claire and Roger. And to La Casa Bianca team thank you for doing a good job. Keep it up guys. 6 adults stayed here comfortably. The parking space is wonderful. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Our host Claire was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house.

We stayed for 5 days as a fam of 4. House is newly updated and well equipped. Neighborhood definitely going through redevelopment but we always felt safe. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts super responsive.

Great place to stay while in DC

I’ve been to DC for work many times, and my wife went as a kid. But we’ve never taken our kids. We originally planned this trip for May of 2020, but we all know what happened then. Both our kids are adults now (18 and 22), but they still wanted to do the DC trip they missed. We spent 7 days at the property, and it was great. Each son had their own bedroom and bathroom, and it was downstairs so my wife and I had privacy upstairs. Great kitchen, laundry area and off-street parking. It’s close enough to Uber cheaply to the National Mall area, too. The only annoying thing was that there is another unit upstairs from this one, and the noise associated with that bugged me (but I don’t live in an apartment, so I’m not accustomed to that situation…if you are, you’ll not even notice it).

Capital visit with Congressman

The house was as listed, size was great, one space of off street parking made unloading/loading easy. The area is in the midst of a rebuild but we felt safe. Hosts were great, honest and available if needed. An expensive Uber to the Capital area as we had six adults...we'd try a cab next time.

Amazing Property & Location!

What a wonderful stay, in a great location in DC! The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped; every detail was attended to, from extra blankets in all bedrooms, to toiletries provided in each bathroom, to the availability of coffee, spices, and napkins in the kitchen. Lots of space for three generations to spread out and everything the grandparents needed on the main level so they didn’t have to do steps. Thoughtful decor, considerations, and details at every turn. Owners were very communicative and instructions were very clear regarding check in/out. Highly recommend!

Very spacious and clean home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home, which had a good layout for our family of 4. Our host Claire was very helpful and responsive and communicated well. It is within easy walking distance to both Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I was impressed with the renovations and each room flowed nicely. We only stayed one night, but I plan to rent from them again whenever I visit the area.

Great, well provisioned apartment

Well appointed and well provisioned and nice to have three bathrooms so we all had separate spaces. We were three generations and all enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. Easy drive in to see the museums and monuments. Loved the dedicated parking space, too.
