Moderno e impecablemente limpio de 3 dormitorios a pocos pasos de la playa y la bahía.

Condominio muy elegante elegantemente ajardinado con un pequeño patio delantero privado. Mientras subes las escaleras, la cocina se abre hacia la barra de desayuno y la sala de estar frente al control deslizante de vidrio con vistas a la bahía. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen size con ropa de cama muy cómoda, televisores de pantalla plana de 40 ", lámparas de luz suave para leer antes de acostarse y baños personales de buen tamaño. Sigue las escaleras hasta la azotea para comer, mira cócteles al atardecer o disfruta de charlas nocturnas bajo las estrellas.

Outstanding location!

We greatly enjoyed our time in Glen’s beach house. The house has everything you need for a great time. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs, the rooftop deck and the great kitchen. No complaints. The location is fantastic, minutes away from the bay and Mission Beach. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect modern condo for our family

Our family, of 7 spent, a perfect July 4th week at this lovely condo. The location was ideal for our family with so much to do for our kids. We watched the fireworks on the rooftop and saw multiple firework displays from every direction. This was one of the most memorable family vacations we have taken and we travel a lot. Glen, the owner, is so accessible and the nicest guy that truly takes care of his home and guests. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to return.

Million Dollar Location!!

Our family stayed in Glen’s beautiful townhouse for over a week. I told my family several times that this was one of the nicest VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Glen is an amazing host who gives 110% to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. We especially enjoyed the fully furnished rooftop deck with grill for cookouts. The townhouse is within a short walk to several markets and resteraunts. You need to cross the main road to get to the ocean. But there are stop signs at the intersection so it is easy to cross. Nice to have when shepherding small children across the road. We hope to return someday. We highly recommend this townhouse if you are visiting the Mission Beach area of San Diego.

Memories to last a life time!

I went with my 2 adult sons and their ladies. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a definite plus. Kitchen was great! Cooked 4 out of 7 nights! Location to the bay, ocean and shops was perfect. Owner, Glen, was fantastic and so hospitable! Great family vacation! Will definitely rent this beautiful home away from home again!❤️❤️❤️

Property was great and exactly as expected from description and photos. Location was perfect with easy walkable beach and bay access. No problems driving in and out of location for other excursions around San Diego despite the busy 4th of July weekend crowds. Excellent communication from owner. Will definitely look to rent again the next time we visit.

Great location, modern and clean home

The home is exactly as pictured and very clean with lots of fresh air and light. The garage is narrow so be careful if you have a big SUV like we do. The kitchen has all the basic supplies we needed and the location couldn’t have been better as we were steps away from the bay and the beach, and lots of things and people to see. The house owner, Glenn, was always quick to reply and helpful. One thing to note is there are 3 bathrooms but none on the main floor where kitchen and living room is. Not a big deal just something to note. Great stay for the week with my husband and our 3 year old. Will come back!

Beautiful Mission Bay

This was our first real vacation after the pandemic and we had the best time ever. The property was perfect and looked exactly like the photos. The rooftop was amazing with the best views of both Mission Bay, and the beach. We can't wait to return next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Loved the place. The layout of the main floor with fully retractable window is ideal. Great location as well. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house. Nice location close to the beach and bay. Have no complaints. House was very clean

House was very clean when we got there. They had all you need to go to the beach. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking and barbecuing. Roof top was amazing with views and nice furniture. We will be going back.

Great location close to the bay and the ocean. Great modern townhouse with nothing lacking.

The owner Glen is extremely friendly and helpful. He responded to every request immediately. The property is up to date and clean. Very quiet inside at night. Air conditioning worked very well. We especially enjoyed the rooftop which always had a cool breeze and a view. Flat screens in every room and every channel on Direct TV. Wi-Fi was fast. Modern kitchen with new stainless appliances. Beds slept well. Plenty of ice from the ice maker no need to buy any. Boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels all furnished, no need to bring your own. Food market with meat counter and produce, liquor store, coffee shop, restaurants are 150 yards away. Great. Garage for parking which is a must. We loved the place, and the owner. We will definitely rent again when back in Mission Bay. William (Don) M.

Great place. Everything was up to date. Beautiful kitchen. Rooftop deck was awesome. Josh (manager) and Glen (owner) were easy to work with. Location was perfect in quieter south Mission Beach area with convenient small grocery/liquor store and take outs around the corner.

Best Beach House Ever!

Among our many annual trips with several families at various rental houses I would rate this house at the top. This house is beautiful all around. The manager and owner were wonderful to us. The house was phenomenal with 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, an amazing glass wall that opens entirely to a patio to enjoy the fresh ocean air and view, the rooftop lounge area with a nice grill and great views, the location was perfect for walking to either the bay or the ocean and the market and many restaurants, the beach chairs/towels were nice to have, washer/dryer was nice to have, adequately stocked kitchen, and the cleanliness of the house all made our stay amazing. The kids loved the fenced in yard with grass to play on daily. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future...I wish it were my house to own! -The Moody's

Wonderful family reunion

We had such a wonderful 10 day stay in this house! It is absolutely beautiful and all the amenities were great! Josh helped us set up a fire on the bay and the family loved that as well. We were about 100 ft from the bay and a short walk to the ocean! Morning walks were beautiful hittkng both the bay and ocean! It will go down as one of my favorite vacations and places to stay! We really hated to leave!

Wonderful Rental

We had a fantastic family vacation here! The condo is sleek and modern, very updated with a European style kitchen. The main room has an amazing fold away glass door on the balcony that opens the family room to the outdoors and lets in a great ocean breeze. There is a large rooftop deck with a huge built in bbq, as well as a small fenced in front area where our kids spent lots of time playing. The condo is a few houses from the bay side which is quieter than the beach side and has plenty of open space on the sand where our children played. It's still a very quick (5 minute) walk accross to the beach side for boogie boarding, etc. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a plus! We did have young children in the condo and it worked great though you do need to be aware that there are a lot of stairs you'll have to be mindful of. The rooftop has perfect views of the Sea World fireworks each night. Highly recommend doing the beach bonfire - it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We loved this place, would rent it again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic Vacation

My family and I visited Mission Beach and stayed in this condo. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept the property was. We enjoyed a week of beach fun and the condo was one of the best investments we've ever made on a vacation. Everything was perfect!

Perfect Beach Rental!

This condo would be perfect for 2 or for 8 people. Plenty of room to move around. We loved that it was close enough to walk to town if you want or just go across the street and let the kids play in the park. We loved our time there and hope to be back next year for another relaxing vacation. Josh also set up a beach fire for us one night and we had an amazing time and view of the Sea World nightly fireworks. Can't tell enough folks about this place.

Wonderful family getaway

This home was true to the photos and description. We were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed (e.g., computer hook-up, kitchen, etc.). The beach was quiet, just steps away from the back door of the home. The bay side is much calmer and was absolutely perfect for the elderly and preschool ages in my family. We would easily stay here again. There was plenty of room, beautiful views, and the home was bright and nicely decorated. The owner prepared a huge beach bonfire with chairs and tiki torches, oh (and s'mores) on the bay one night and we got to enjoy the fireworks display from Seaworld, which was the icing on the cake. We look forward to visiting next year!

Perfect vacation accomplished!

This was our first time in years staying in a vacation rental instead of a hotel. My wife is a clean freak and after a few bad experiences we almost wrote it off for good. We looked around for awhile and received a prompt response from Josh. He was very helpful answering questions. We checked in Saturday morning and the place was not only gorgeous and neat, but extremely clean. We felt at home at once and were immediately glad we got out of the sterile environments of hotels. We saved hundreds of dollars in discounted tickets from Josh and got to experience a world class beach bonfire experience. We will definitely be staying here again next spring! Thanks Josh

Because this home was built to sell and not rent you have the luxury of having all higher end appliances, windows and doors. Little things like this you will notice when you're enjoying your vacation.

It's on the same court as all of the restaurants, markets ,pubs,and coffee shop which is my favorite thing about this location. The upper deck has a big barbecue grill and is a wonderful place to enjoy meals.
