The property was in a beautiful setting. Attention to details was obvious. It was well equipped with all your needs. It is larger than it looks on the photos. It had a well equipped kitchen. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds both had on suites. Electric shutters to keep light out. Air conditioning throughout. Plus a big balcony with sea views.

Another wonderful holiday in Pefkos. The villa was lovely with ample space for the 5 of us. Right in the middle of Pefkos but you would not know it. Easy to relax in the villa if you fancied a night in with comfy seating and TV. Pavlos was always available if any issues, quickly responding to all communication.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft positiv überrascht, da das Haus schöner aussah als auf den Bildern. Alles war in ein einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist großzügig, hat eine eigene Garage unter dem Haus und einen schön angelegten Garten auf dem großen Grundstück. Pavlos hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles rund um das Haus erklärt. Wir haben selten eine so gut ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden und es war sogar eine tolle Grundausstattung an Öl, Gewürzen, Nudeln, Wasser etc. da. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert, so dass es angenehm war während der sehr heißen Stunden Zeit im Haus zu verbringen. Der Blick vom Balkon /der Terrasse ist sehr schön, der sehr schöne Strand von Pefki ist wirklich nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants (auch mit Pool), kleiner Supermarkt und Shops liegen quasi vor der Tür. Pavlos war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf Fragen immer direkt geantwortet. Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen.

Lovely villa in Pefki

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa in Pefki. It had lots of space both inside and outside and was very well equipped with everything you needed. It was very hot while we were in Rhodes and the air conditioning was much appreciated. It was only a short walk down the road to the beach, which was lovely, but unfortunately didn't have a lot of space if you didn't want to rent a sun bed. Lindos is only 10 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit.

Excellent Villa right in the heart of Pefkos

A real gem

As a family of five with two teenage boys and a nine year old girl we couldn’t fault the standard of the accommodation. The house is set in a large private plot just a few minutes from the beach. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped. The rooms are large with three balconies each with a sea view. Pavlos our host was attentive, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions when booking and during our stay. The resort is compact, clean and safe with a great beach and a wide range of pool bars, restaurants and shops to accommodate all budgets. All in all a great location for a family friendly holiday.

We had two wonderful weeks in Pefkos at the 'Kore' family home.

The 'Kore' family home was ideal for our holiday. It only had two bedrooms, which suited us, but it was situated in its own grounds and was very spacious so could easily sleep more. The home was bright and modern with every facility we could have wanted. Our host Pavlos Ioannidis, who owned the property, was charming and welcoming and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were only 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to restaurants so the location was perfect. There was no swimming pool at the house but there were several bars/restaurants nearby with their own large pools with sun loungers and customers were free to use the facilities as they wished. I highly recommend a holiday at this wonderful home. Stanley Stewart

Ottimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa piacevolissima casa nel periodo di ferragosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è nuova, molto accogliente e arredata con molto gusto, con colori rilassanti e allegri. Ha un'ampia sala con divani, tavolini, tv e una cucina a vista molto ampia, dotata di terrazza vista mare, con ombrelloni e un bel tavolo per pranzare all'aperto. Le due ampie camere da letto hanno ciascuna un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo e ognuna affaccia su un terrazzo; ci sono ben tre bagni, due con doccia e uno con vasca. C'è anche una comodissima lavanderia molto utile per noi che eravamo in 4 e abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni. Da segnalare anche il box coperto, comodo per lasciare l'auto al fresco. Non manca assolutamente nulla, soprattutto la cucina è molto ben attrezzata con abbondanza di stoviglie, pentole e con microonde, tostapane, ecc e con tutti gli elettrodomestici compresa la lavastoviglie. Al nostro arrivo il proprietario Pavlos ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza: ci ha mostrato la casa e spiegato bene tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio. Ci ha fatto trovare in dispensa il necessario per la colazione e molto altro (pasta, cereali, fette biscottate, caffè, the, miele, condimenti, acqua...). Abbiamo trovato anche molti cambi di biancheria per la casa, lenzuola, asciugamani; detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie e vari prodotti per l'igiene. La casa è circondata da un giardino mediterraneo dove ci sono anche alberi di fichi eccezionali... La proprietà è centrale nel paese di Pefki e vicino a negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar, tutto è a portata di mano e per diversi giorni abbiamo fatto a meno dell'auto che abbiamo poi noleggiato per girare l'isola. La spiaggia piu vicina è 5 minuti a piedi, molto bella, di sabbia e con un mare trasparente e quasi sempre calmo, adatto anche per bambini. Pur trovandosi nel paese la casa è comunque tranquilla e non siamo mai stati disturbati dai locali vicino perché il giardino è piuttosto ampio. È stata una vacanza molto rilassante e ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa nostra, ci è spiaciuto andare via... Il giorno della partenza abbiamo avuto un contrattempo col taxi che avevamo prenotato, ma Pavlos ci ha subito aiutati occupandosi personalmente di chiamarne un altro, permettendoci cosi di arrivare in tempo in aeroporto. Vorremmo ancora ringraziarlo per l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e per la cura che mette nel gestire questa casa, dove speriamo senz'altro di tornare!

Amazing Villa and Perfect Location

We stayed 21 Jul-4th Aug, with our 18 and 13 yr old boys. Firstly, pictures do not do this lovely villa justice, its much bigger than expected, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Air-con is great and a welcome relief after a day out, the wi-fi was the best we have encountered on holiday, huge hit with our boys and a big relief to us with teenagers. Both bedrooms are ensuite with a shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water and modern. The bedrooms are very spacious with large fitted wardrobes and our bed was more comfortable than ours at home (thats a first!). Each bedroom has a day bed which is long same as a standard single bed which doesn't reflect in the pictures. The lounge area has large sofa and an easy chair, TV with BBC news and a desk area, very comfortable, not that I spent much time in there but the boys enjoyed its comforts. The kitchen is huge with table, chairs a large fridge/freezer and all modern appliances, all working perfectly and all spotless. Everything you could ever want is in the kitchen and villa. Pavlos has thought of everything and equipped to very high standard. There's a large eating area just outside the kitchen with another large table and chairs, huge parasols and sea view. Had some lovely relaxing evenings sitting out with cold wine and nice lighting. There is also a main bathroom with huge bath again modern tiling and bathroom suite. I was grateful to use the washing machine, located in a downstairs utility room and washing line for large items like towels tucked away in the corner of the immense garden. Both bedrooms have verandas with an airer for the smaller items of washing. The villa itself is spotless, modern, loads of room and everything you could ever want, including electric shutters on the doors windows, great to black out early sun. The location is on a long road leading to the main beach, (3 min walk) and is behind large electric shutter gates and a small pedestrian gate. The road has four pool bars, one right next door, you don't hear any noise as the villa's plot of land is large enough for this not be a problem, there are two very good restaurants in the same road and if you like family night quizzes etc the pool bars cater for these and are very entertaining. Didn't miss not having a pool as said, there are nice pools nearby but we prefered the sandy beach down the road. Lastly, Pavlos the owner is lovely, caring, reliable and a true gentleman! Missing it already..

Bella attrezzata comoda e tranquilla e più ......

Bella villa nuova e ben attrezzata arredata con gusto, con giardino e barbecue vicina alla spiaggia a locali, taverne e a Lindos che veramente merita più di una visita. Il proprietario Pavlos persona simpatica e disponibile parla un buon italiano. Lefkos buon punto per altre mete da visitare poco distanti. Consigliata!

Simply the best!

The house is lovely and huge! It's a couple minutes walk from both the beach and the center of Pefkos, with shops, restaurants and pubs really close. Being surrounded by a nice sandy garden, you don't hear any noise from the center, making it really relaxing and quiet. Both the living room, kitchen and the 2 bedrooms have a large balcony with view of the sea in the distance. The 3 bathroom (1 with bathtub, the other 2 with shower) make this a place which can really host perfectly 6 people, with all the comforts. The kitchen has everything: tools, pans, pots, Coffee makers (both Italian and Anerican style), there is wifi, satellite TV and 4 air conditioners (one in each room and 2 in the kitchen/dining/sitting area. Pavlos took time to make sure we had everything we needed and to teach us the various facilities. He even left for us water and sodas, and many things for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Lindos, one of the most beautiful towns is just 10 min away and, being in the middle of the eastern coast of Rhodes you can easily travel to all the main sights. Thank you, it was a fantastic holiday and we'll be back for sure!

Une belle maison, dans un grand jardin au centre du village touristique, lieu tres calme et reposant, Pavlos est aux petits soins pour nous, c'est un homme cultivé et charmant. A beautiful house in a large garden in the centre of the touristic village, very quiet and relaxing place, Pavlos is caring for us, he is a charming and cultivated man. Tranquillità a due passi dal mare

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo splendido e comodo appartamento e siamo stati benissimo!!! Dalle foto sembra che ci siano più appartamenti in realtà l'edificio è tutto per voi, ci sono due belle camere con bagno privato ognuna e un altro bagno nel soggiorno. La cucina è spaziosa e accessoriata per cucinare comodamente. A disposizione c'è anche un bellissimo terrazzo con il tavolo e l'ombrellone. L'appartamento si trova al centro del paesino di Pefki a due passi dalla spiaggia (veramente carina) e dalla zona ristoranti; nello stesso tempo, essendo circondato da un grande giardino, è silenzioso. Pur essendo al centro del paesino, è facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto o con il bus ed è a disposizione degli ospiti un garage proprio sotto l'appartamento. Vorremmo inoltre ringraziare il proprietario per la gentilezza, la simpatia e la disponibilità. Un caro saluto Pavlos e a presto Lucilla, Silvana, Roberto, Marco

Eccellente, è come sentirsi a casa propria, con lo

Ho trovato molto di più di quanto mi aspettassi. A cominciare dalla posizione comodissima per spiaggia, strade, negozi e attività di svago, ma allo stesso tempo appartata nel suo ampio giardino. Bello arrivare in auto e con i telecomandi accedere direttamante al box, così si trova la macchina al fresco. Dentro casa ci sono ampi spazi, corredati di tutto ciò che serve (ed io sono esigente in cucina), con le cose riposte là dove ti aspetti di trovarle. La sensazione da subito è stata quella di sentirsi a casa propria. Materassi perfetti e tutto quanto nuovissimo. Ho vissuto la casa come se fosse mia, avendone cura, perchè questo è il feeling che si ha con le cose belle ed a posto. Infine Pavlos, il proprietario, ho sempre corrisposto con lui in inglese nella fase di prenotazione, perchè pensavo di facilitare la comunicazione. Ma quando siamo arrivati e ci siamo conosciuti ho trovato veramente un "compagnone", come se ci fossimo conosciuti da sempre e la lingua italiana la padroneggia alla grande. Ho dato 5 stelle alla casa ma a Pavlos ne spettano 10 !

Great holiday in Pefkos

We had a wonderful week in Lindia Kori villa at the end of July. The house is fantastic, new, spaciuos, very nice and modern furnished, tidy and clean. The two large bedrooms, the nice living room, the well equipped kitchen and the 3 bathrooms made our stay of 6 persons (2 adults and 4 boys aged from 13 to 18 years old) more than comfortable!! Everything was perfect. We could not have asked any better. The location of the villa is also great. It's just 2 mins walk from the main beach of Pefkos and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. Pavlos, the owner, is a lovely host, always available for everything you need. He made us feel at home. We highly reccomend Lindia Kori for your stay in Pefkos, you will be surprised. We look forward to come back again!!

Perfect stay

Me and my family could have not asked for anything better than this villa, and host. Pavlos was the most amazing and kind host, he made us feel welcome and we were impressed by how effectively this property is managed: there is EVERYTHING you' ll need. The house itself is spacious, clean, tidy and new; which was very appreciated as we are quite a clean freak family! The location is also great, the villa is located in Pefkos, a lovely and lively village just 2 mins walk from the beach and with plenty of restauramnts and shops around. Pefkos is also minutes away from Lindos and St Paul's Bay, 2 of the most beautiful parts of Rhodes in my opinion. Also need to mention the great value for money of this villa - me and my family are extremely pleased with this stay and we will definitely be back again ! THANK YOU PAVLOS !
