Villa de lujo con piscina privada entre Lindos históricos y Pefkos

La Villa está bien equipada con todo lo que se necesita en vacaciones en este hermoso lugar. Está situado entre dos complejos turísticos principales, Lindos y Pefkos, donde encontrará hermosas playas de arena y una gran cantidad de restaurantes y bares para elegir.
Al llegar a la parte delantera de la Villa, ingresará a un hermoso jardín con áreas de césped y olivos, una barbacoa de piedra, ducha al aire libre y piscina privada con 6 tumbonas que se pueden colocar a lo largo del camino elevado en el lado de la piscina o en el patio con una pérgola cubierta.
La villa está equipada para la vida al aire libre. El área del patio tiene una zona de asientos de 6 sillas y una mesa de café y una mesa adicional que se puede erigir para comer afuera.

El frente de la villa se puede entrar por dos juegos de puertas de patio, uno que va a la cocina abierta equipada con horno, vitrocerámica, nevera / congelador, lavadora y tostadora. También hay una mesa y sillas para 6 personas.
Las 2 ª puertas del patio conducen a un salón de planta abierta con TV y reproductor de DVD integrado. Este nivel tiene WC y handbasin separados. Las escaleras conducen al nivel inferior, donde hay un dormitorio grande con cama King y wardobes equipados con puertas que dan a un pequeño jardín inferior. El segundo dormitorio es una cama doble, dormitorio con armario doble. Este nivel tiene un baño familiar con WC, bañera / ducha y lavamanos.
Desde la sala de estar en la planta baja puede subir las escaleras hasta el tercer dormitorio, con una cama doble y wardobe que conduce a través de las puertas del patio a la terraza / azotea con vistas al mar en la distancia y también a las montañas al parte trasera de la propiedad

Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y se proporcionan toallas.

Villa was perfect, very modern and clean. Amazing pool and location was perfect. Villa was easy to find, and the bus stop at the end of the road made it easy to get into both Pefkos and Lindos. We had a fab stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book the villa again.

Check-in very straight forward, great facilities, probably the best maintained and warmest pool we have ever had. Great location in the hills outside Lindos. Ideal base for great beaches. We visited Rhodes old town, went sailing for a day and swam in some amazing sea caves. We were also frequent visitors to the bakery in Pefkos. The property is well maintained and the owners were very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Absolutely lovely villa! Really spacious, clean and well equipped. The outdoor space well maintained with a warm pool which was cleaned regularly throughout our stay.Check-in and out was very straight forward and the hosts were very easy to get hold of and even sorted out somewhere for us to spend the day to store our luggage after check out due to our late flight. They left lots of useful tips about places to visit and nearby shops and good restaurants. The villa was conveniently located between Pefkos and Lindos approximately 20 min walk each way with a bus stop atvthe end of the road with regular buses to both resorts and other destinations such as Rhodes Town. Cheap regular taxi services too!! Highly recommend! We had a fabulous stay.

Wonderful stay

Awesome Villa

This Villa has everything a family could need. Perfectly located between Pefki and Lindos. The pool and outside area is great. Sooo many restaurants, beautiful beaches to explore. And the Ville de Lindos hotel at the end of the street is great for meals and a swim. We loved staying here and would stay again

Family holiday

The villa is beautiful and in our favourite location. So hot while we were there so we spent a lot of time in the pool which was fab. Lovely lazy days just a shame it was cut short due to the wildfires.

Great Villa & Stay

The photos do not do this villa justice, it’s fabulous! The pool is much bigger in real life and and so is the villa, very roomy and spacious for 6 guests. The villa was clean, modern and everything worked as listed. The pool guy came 3 times during our week stay and also a gardener, everything was kept well maintained and there was everything you need - a huge fridge freezer, hairdryers, laundry facilities and an iron. Villa was easy to find, same with parking space and checkin was easy. There’s also a lovely hotel 50ft away that are happy for you to visit and use their pool and sunbeds if you buy food/drink, it’s a lovely spot if you don’t want to leave the area. Bus stop at the end of the road was cheap and easy to get into both Pefkos and Lindos in a few minutes, plus further afield. Communication with the hosts was faultless and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend to others. Thanks again!

Perfect!

This property was in a great location and was just what we wanted, the communication with the owner was concise and efficient, and the details for entry went smoothly. The property has 1 upstairs bedroom and 2 downstairs bedrooms on the lower ground floor. The kitchen and the lounge are on the ground floor, and are well appointed with everything you may need. The pool, patio and garden were all fantastic and well maintained. The location is 1.5km from Pefkos and 2.0km from Lindos, both accessible on foot, by taxi or bus. Aircon was great in all rooms, and I cannot think of anything that is negative or hindered our stay. I would definitely book this property again, and look forward to visiting the fabulous island of Rhodes again. Phil & Sue.

Lovely villa - quiet, clean, everything we required provided, perfect location half way between Lindos and Pefkos. All that was missing was information at villa on where to go, shop, eat etc. Rhodes island, but not a problem to us as we had a guide book, comprehensive road map and Roger ( one of the neighbours). Useful information was provided on air con, how to work washing machine etc. Sun on garden for most of the day but shaded under terrace. Could watch sun rise in the morning and see it set over the mountains from the upper terrace - perfect. Swimming pool a nice size and reasonable temperature. Car useful but bus stop at end of road. Return to Rhodes town 6 euro !!. Traditional Greek restaurants and bars in Lardos. Very reasonably priced. We would definately stay at this villa again. Ticked all the boxes.

No WiFi, dirty, great view and amazing garden

The WiFi wasn't functional 95% of the time. I told the owner about this but he didn't do anything to fix it. There was visible dust under all beds and under the sofa. The pool was supposed to be cleaned 3 times per week, but it was only cleaned once per week. My bedroom downstairs had a patio door. Idk how safe the neighbourhood is, but I personally didn't feel good knowing the patio was so close to me while I slept. This is more of a nitpick, but the pool needs a cover. Many insects get in during the day and it's very annoying to keep fishing them out every time I want to use it. The grill outside was dirty af. We tried to scrub it clean, but we couldn't manage to get the filth out. The coal was unusable, we couldn't light it up. The property didn't have a dishwasher. The acs were preset in each room so we were unable to control the temperature. Some positives: the beds and sofas were comfy and most of the basic amenities worked as intended. I liked the plants in the garden, they were a great addition and you could clearly tell someone was taking care of them. The grass looked okay, but it was dry in a couple of spots. The property was intimate, the walls were high enough that nobody could look in. It would've been great if the entrance door to the garden was made of metal or something sturdier than wood. Anyone could come in at any time and there was no lock on it. The view from the room on the top floor was great.

The villa was lovely, easy to find (using sat nav to the hotel at the end of the road) and instructions from owners were very helpful. Villa was extremely clean on arrival and bedrooms were all a very good size. Pool was lovely and a good size, unfortunately the light wasn’t working on the pool at night but this was only a minor snag. We loved both Pefkos and Lindos which are each easily accessible using the bus which stops at the end of the road. Overall we had a fab holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to book the villa again!

Das Ferienhaus entsprach komplett unsreren Erwartungen. Die Lage sehr ruhig, die touristischen Zentren Lindos und Pefkos in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Das Meer fußläufig. Der Pool große Klasse. Die Familen hat den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die schrecklichen Waldbrände tobten vor unserer Anreise ca. 15 km entfernt, bei einer Autotour in den Süden haben wir die Bilder gesehen...

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this villa as it is in an excellent location between Lindos and Pefkos and has all the facilities that we need to enjoy a holiday in Rhodes. It has a lovely pool and terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic weather.

Beautiful villa

From the outset the owners couldn’t do enough to help us after having to cancel our original booking due to COVID. A new date was booked and everything was seamless. On arrival the Villa was spotless and well presented and the pool was just great. Due to the rest of our party staying in lindos it’s self we traveled there most days which is a taxi ride away, these prices varied from 5-10 euros each way and coupled with 4 trips a day this totted up over the week. Having said that it worked out to about the cost of a hire car and didn’t have to worry about another glass of wine.😉 If your planning on eating at the Villa we didn’t find any local shop other than the ones in either lindos or pefkos, so stock up if this is your plan. Only on the last day did we visit the hotel at the end of the road (1 minute walk) who were very welcoming and happy for us to eat there as well as use their pool. We would definitely return, thanks for a great holiday.

Fabulous villa

We’ve just returned from an amazing 2 week stay at this beautiful villa. The main thing that stood out for us was that it was like a home from home, clearly loved by it’s owners. Spotlessly clean, pool cleaned every 3 days and local management team on hand if required. It was less than a minutes walk to the nearby hotel if you fancied a change of scenery and great locations with bus stops to Pefkos and Lindos 2 minutes walk away. Taxis into both places were between 8 and 10 euros. The villa was so well equipped, including a cool box for picnics at the beach and even ice blocks. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Air con in each room was much appreciated and rooms were spacious and comfy. Communication with the owner was excellent, always on hand if we had any questions and we will definitely return. Arredamento curato. Abbondanza di asciugamani e teli mare. Ottima pulizia delle stanze e della piscina. Posizione ottima, vicina a Lindos, la località e le spiagge più belle dell’isola di Rodi. Quartiere di ville molto tranquillo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Andy and Jan fell in love with Rhodes 20 years ago and eventually bought this villa .It has been a family home for holidays and seen two daughters married from it . So we have some fabulous memories from times we have spent here with our family and good friends .We have travelled to many destinations over the years ,but it is hard to beat the beautiful beaches here , which are so safe and clear . There is nothing better than to end the day with a BBQ at the villa or dine out in one of the many restaurants with delicious menu options that cannot be beaten . We can recommend our many favourites that we visit every time we stay on holiday , but we also try a new one every time .

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This villa is in an ideal position set between two main resorts of Lindos and Pefcos which are within 2.5km .
Pefcos has a clean sandy beach with friendly taverna's for lunchtime snacks and drinks and a vast choice of restaurants and bars in the evening .

Lindos is a Royal heritage site, a Quaint village with cobbled streets and little white buildings set at the base of a large Acropolis on the top of a rocky hill . The little cobbled streets are lined with tiny shops selling local crafts and souvenir's which are open all day and evening . A lovely selection of restaurants and bars come alive in the evening to finish off the day .
The historical ancient city of old Rhodes town is a must to visit ,which is about an hours drive or several tour operators offer day and evening trips for those who do not wish to drive .
Travellers come on holiday to this area year after year . It has the climate , lovely clean sandy beaches and great restaurants , everything you need for relaxation and a great holiday .
