Adjacent to the kitchen, discover the game room featuring a regulation-size slate pool table, a 75-inch smart TV, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.

The game room opens up to the back patio, perfect for hosting a backyard BBQ, and leads to our luxurious Spa Zone, capable of seating up to 12 people. Full access to the Private Lake is available, offering fishing, paddle boating, biking, a spacious backyard, and numerous outdoor seating areas along the lake. Leisure Lake Mansion is a part of Resort located on the private lake shore. For our guests available fishing, biking, paddle boating (available only from March to October).
