Thank you for your review. The property water source is a well with high mineral content requiring a delicate balance to be maintained in the water or it can become discolored. This discoloration is not dirt and not harmful in any way, simply chemistry. The hot tub is intended to be hot, when it's too hot you simply leave the cover off for it to cool, sounds like to expected to be able to press a button and have the temperature change, unfortunately, that is not how thermodynamics works. The listing and guidebook, which you are granted access to advance, clearly state that you have to bring your own streaming services. Additionally, this is also the industry standard in the hospitality industry with hotels requiring guests to bring their own log in for channels. The listing also clearly shows there are stairs and the photos show that the projector room is on a loft.

As the cabin is located in the woods wells are the only available water source. We have a whole section in the guide which outlines and notes that we recommends conservative water usage since water levels are impacted by rain. The property contains a large theater room for watching TV, the living room is primarily used to enjoy a nice fire and the cabin aesthetic. It’s unfortunate you didn’t mention the salt or pool sticks during your stay so we could address these items.
