We will provide you with a local cell phones. We have it loaded with 100 pesos. Phone-to-phone is free.
You do not want to make long distance phone calls with these phones. You should use it to stay in touch while at Playa. If you need additional minutes on the phone, you can purchase at any Oxxo store and they will be happy to load it for you. There will be a $50 charge if the phone is missing or lost.
Our guests have found that having what’s app is the very best way to communicate with our manager Leo. You do not need phone service on your phone. It works over the WiFi in the house. You may want to add Carmen's phone number - you need to dial 52 1 984 182 7415 to your what’s app contacts. Smoking
Smoking is allowed only on the back terrace and the outside terrace adjacent to the master bedroom. Please do not smoke in the house.
House Key
There is a lock for the house key (outside the front door): password will be provided.
Internet
Password for the internet will be provided at house. Electricity and the Environmental Impact in Mexico Please make sure to turn off all lights, fans and air conditioning when not in the house and make sure that all the doors are locked when leaving the house or prior to going to bed.
We would like to bring to your attention that Mexico receives all of its electricity from Canada and the USA. Mexico does not produce its own. So, we would appreciate it if you please help us by turning off the lights when you leave the house and shutting off the air conditioning units, which are brand new and very efficient. You do not need to keep these appliances running while away from the house. Once you are back in the house, the unit will cool down each room in 10 minutes. In the master bedroom you have two units. Running both of them to cool the room down works best, but you only need one if you want to sleep with the air conditioning on.
