Nuestro apartamento está situado en una de las playas más bellas y famosas de México. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completamente magníficamente restaurado. Está totalmente equipado con todos los electrodomésticos de la cocina, así como una lavadora en casa y secadora. El apartamento en sí está a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la famosa quinta avenida comercial AVE. Es el mejor lugar para actividades y restaurantes y se encuentra dentro de una comunidad segura. No hay necesidad de alquilar un coche. Tome un paseo de 45 autobuses desde el aeropuerto de Cancún a Playa del Carmen para 12USD. Los taxis de la ciudad de Playa del Carmen están fácilmente disponibles y asequibles. Envíenme un mensaje con cualquier pregunta o preocupación, y yo pondremos en contacto con usted lo antes posible. Great stay!

We loved this unit which was well appointed with things like spices, anything you'd want in a kitchen, soap, beach towels etc. Beds were comfortable and being able to adjust AC by room was useful for people with different temperature preferences. Location was stellar -- just enough off the beaten path that it's nice and quiet. Owner was very responsible and excellent on all accounts. Would definitely stay again.

No Fuss, Relaxing Getaway!

The host Bailey Moore has designed her condo to be relaxing and inviting with nods to the surrounding culture. The grounds are well manicured and the condo is just steps away from the pool area. The view from the Living Room is spectacular! The convenience of housekeeping made the stay even more relaxing. This is a great condo for families or adults just trying to escape the busyness of life!

Another fantastic week!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this condo - and we will be back again. It is beautifully maintained and is a real home. The whole Xaman-ha complex is peaceful and friendly - there is no better place to stay for location. Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

Comfortable unit with helpful, friendly owners

We stayed eight nights in this unit with our two children, ages 6 and 10. We found it to be very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bailey was quick and generous in her communication, the staff was friendly and helpful (especially Olivia, the concierge), and the complex offered a nice pool, easy beach access, and a convenient poolside bar with burgers, dogs, guacamole, and drinks. The unit itself provided multiple safes for storing valuables, firm mattresses, blackout curtains, huge TVs in every room, speedy WiFi, as well as purified drinking water (smaller faucet) and ice in the kitchen. We found housekeeping (who cleaned every other day) to be very thorough and worthy of a good tip! Our only complaint, which would be no fault of the owners, would be a bit of vertical noise—footsteps and scraping of chairs, as well as voices from balconies above both late and early—so if you are a light sleeper, you might prefer a top floor unit. Overall, we had a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Bailey’s grandparents’ unit and would rent from them again. We have stayed previously in some very nice resorts on the Riviera Maya (including next door at Playacar Palace); Xaman Ha was an easy, family-friendly alternative with the flexibility to self-cater or dine out at the many delicious restaurants in Playa.

Fantastic place to stay!

My family of 5 (plus my cousin) stayed at this beautiful condo. Bailey was always fast with communication and ready to help. The first floor condo was great for our younger kids. It was clean, spacious, comfortable. The pool was pleasant and uncrowded as was the beach. The staff at the front desk greeted us each morning on our way to the pool and beach. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Such an easy walk to 5ta Avenida for shopping, restaurants, playground and evening entertainment. Everything (coffee maker, stove, air conditioning, etc.) was in great working condition. We've been to Playa numerous times and this has been our favorite place to stay!

Perfect location

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was always fast, the condo was beautiful and nicely stocked. We had coffee and sugar to start our day, laundry soap and dishwasher pods were there. The air conditioner works very well. The beach was quiet and wonderful. The pool nice and cool and uncrowded, the drinks good. FYI my 14 yo daughter said the nachos were yucky but the hamburgers good. The location was far enough away from 5th Ave. to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to dinner every day. We stocked up on some groceries at Wal Mart on the way here, so had breakfast and lunch items. The only thing that was missing was some sand toys, so we bought 2 sets and left them in the laundry closet. Enjoy! 2 21-year-olds and a 14-year-old had a great time with them! We'd definitely stay here again, we loved the ease of the 1st-floor room, right next to the walkway to the pool. Not noisy at all, and made coming back to the room to grab something very easy. Thank you, Bailey!

Top Notch Owner Experience!

Each year, a large group of us travel together to a tropical destination, renting a few condos to save money vs. a hotel or resort, as we have a wide range of budgets to accommodate. My husband and I travel extensively outside of this annual trip, staying at high end resorts/hotels and I can honestly say the experience dealing with Bailey was as top notch as that of a concierge at a Ritz or St. Regis. There was a hiccup with the A/C working properly and Bailey handled it with such a fabulous attitude and even took it a step further, by leaving us a gift card at CATCH at the Thompson Hotel for our troubles. It was so not necessary, however, VERY much appreciated. The Xaman-Ha property itself, although older, is kept up nicely, and the staff is very friendly. BEWARE, that NOT all condos are furnished as nicely as this one! The condo is well appointed, clean, and being on the ground floor, there is nice shade on the patio, where you can look out at the ocean/pool area. The complex is great for adults (like us without kids) that want a nice getaway without the sounds of the disco playing all night, but also great for families. Without hesitation I would tell you to book here, in this condo; walking distance to everyrthing in PDC, great beach, fun pool...what are you waiting for???

Wow! Family of 6 Has a Blast

6 days in March with 3 kids, spouse, and my father. The master bed was so comfortable. This unit had everything we needed and sure did we use it. We used the blender every day. We used pots and pans for breakfast. We used the grill outside for burgers and dogs. The patio was a nice touch in the mornings where my father and I drank coffee and enjoyed the ocean. My kids were always in the hammock reading. Condo is clean and modern looking. Has AC although we rarely used it. The ceiling fans were sufficient. Nice hot showers. Bottled water at the sink and a standalone for drinking. Nobody got sick. They cleaned every other day for us. One warning that applied to many places in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel: all toilet paper must go in the waste basket. Because they cleaned every other day, this turned out to not be an issue. This is a first floor unit with no access from the patio to the pool. Need to go out the door. I believe all ground units are this way. The pool area has 2 pools with very shallow sections for the little ones. Awesome. Bar closes at 5PM sharp. The bar offers breakfast until noon and lunch after noon. Food and drink prices are great. Warning: Bar only takes CASH. Robinson the bartender is super guy. Beach access was great. 5th Avenue is a 5 minute walk down the beach or down a road. Ferry to Cozumel is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The front desk closes at 5 sharp. They offer a volleyball to rent. Also provide massage appointments. We had the owner arrange private transportation. Driver had our last name on a sign as we left the airport. We had a nice big van with room for maybe 8-9. Nice driver. Warning: They only want CASH to pay for transportation. The condo unit was a 5 stars. The communication on the day of arrival was 4 stars. Pool and bar were 5 stars. This was our first VRBO type reservation and we are sold on the idea. Nice work Bailey!

Best condo we've stayed at!

Our family has vacationed in Playa del Carmen for a few years now, but this year was our absolute favorite! If you've stayed at Xaman-Ha before, you already know every amazing thing the location of the condo complex offers (beachfront, pool/pool bar, 5 min walk to 5th Ave, 24 hr security, wonderful maid staff, etc) but if you haven't stayed in this condo yet, you should! You can tell recent updates have been done - the inside is gorgeous, and this was the most spacious condo we've stayed at yet. They have WIFI, boogie boards, all new appliances, a washer/dryer/dishwasher and an enormous patio with a working grill for nights you want to stay in. The extra sink in the 3rd bedroom was a plus - the other 2 bathrooms both have double sinks, and with the 3 king beds plus the twin bed, we easily slept all 6 of us with room to spare. We didn't spend too much time in the condo with the beautiful weather we had, but there are flat screen tv's in all bedrooms plus the massive 60 inch in the living room for movie nights :) It was about a 20 second walk from our doorstep to the pool/beach, which was VERY convenient for running back and forth to the condo to get food/drinks/fresh towels during the days. We'll definitely be booking this condo again if we return again next year - it was a great home away from home!

Paradise found

Our stay at Xaman-Ha was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing times that we have ever had. The view from the patio is breathtaking. You are just steps away from the pool, beach and ocean. If you want to visit Cozumel, the ferries are an easy walk, just a couple of blocks from the condo. The condo is amazing. The master suite has an attached bath and the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own sink. The unit has been updated and also includes a washer and dryer. Each room has a big screen TV. The complex is conveniently located to 5th Avenue which includes many wonderful shops and restaurants. However, If you choose to prepare your own meals, there is a beautiful kitchen in the condo to do so. If you are looking for a breathtakingly beautiful place to visit, this is it!!!!

Perfect is an Understatement

I loved staying at this condo in Xaman-Ha. The location is in proximity to everything in Playa, but the beach is far enough away from the ruckus of the all-inclusive hotels. There's so many activities available for guests in Xaman Ha. My personal favorite was the yoga. As for the condo, it's a perfect three bedroom. It has all the amenities you could ask for including a view of the ocean. If you walk south on the beach roughly two miles you will reach the quietest area with the bluest waters you'll ever see. If you love a good vacation, this is your perfect pad!

Great vacation Condo!

We have just returned from a fabulous 11 nights staying at this condo – we didn’t want to come home! We were a party of 5 – my husband, father and 2 kids ages 7 & 5. The condo has been nicely renovated – lovely bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and good mattresses on the beds. The owners must use the condo themselves as it was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked, which was appreciated as it hasn’t always been our experience at other condos we have rented. The local rental agency was attentive, the empty gas for the BBQ on the balcony was replaced within 24 hrs, and the cleaning throughout our stay was very thorough. The location of the condo within the complex was great – ground floor close to the main entrance – very handy for grocery shopping, and 30 seconds from the pool. The complex is well maintained, and quite small, the pool was never too busy and other vacationers friendly. The beach immediately in front is beautiful and was also fairly quiet. The location is great as it is just a 5 min stroll to the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. We had a great time staying here, this condo has the right balance of peace and quiet by the pool and beach, but close enough to the action of Playa Del Carmen to enjoy it! We will return to this condo without doubt, and absolutely recommend it to other families. Thank you for opening your ‘home away from home’ to us!

Awesome place to vacation

I love coming here, knowing I have a great place with a beautiful view, and easy access to the pool and beach. I love the fact it is on the main floor easy to manage your bags and groceries. The wood work inside is breath taking, top notch in every way! I would recommend this place, especially to people who want to enjoy the view, inside and out! I love how comfortable I feel when I arrived, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable I travel a lot. This is one of my favorite places to stay.

Great condo Great location Great beach

This property had no reviews which made me skeptical. They are new to VRBO and that is the reason. We just got back this week from our trip and I have to say that the condo and the people exceeded our expectations. We had two families in the condo with a total of three kids. Not cramped at all. The complex has a lot of security at the entrance getting in and walking around. We were stopped coming in from the beach a couple of times to make sure we were registered guests with wrist bands. That was a good thing! The condo is fully equipped with everything you need and all updated. AC works great!! Washer/Dryer, microwave, dishwasher, bottled water, cleaning service (every other day), beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, I-home and TVs in every room. There was not one thing we said we could have used that was not there. We made one trip to Walmart at the beginning of trip and stocked up for the week (take a cab). The management service(Playa's Excellence) was truly excellent. Janina was great and over delivered on everything. I would also suggest using the car service she suggests. We took a taxi from airport and it was the same cost as was quoted to us from service and he did not know where he was going. Pool is great and it is nice to have a pool bar with food on site. food is limited but good enough. Robin the bartender makes a great drink and Guacamole right there in front of you. Can't say enough positive things.
