Welcome to The Retreat, a charming, one bedroom one bathroom condo in the Cypress Lake neighborhood of South Fort Myers. This is a great location within a mile of the Cypress Lake and McGregor intersection. The square footage is approximately 598 square feet. It is an upper-level unit with stairs and no elevator. The Retreat can sleep up to four people; there is a king bed in the master and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There are lake views from the bedroom, living area and porch. It is an approximate fifteen-minute drive to the beaches of either Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach. The drive to downtown Fort Myers is only about ten minutes. There are two pools with community BBQ grills available. Shops, public parks, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Other amenities included but not limited to:
