Panama City Beach. The resort is equipped with a sauna, steam room, exercise room, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, assigned parking space and is located right on the beach!

Tropic Winds is just 2 miles from the famous Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex as well as close proximity to the 18 mile 30A bike trail. There are also numerous 18 hole golf courses near the complex. You also will find Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World Marine Park within 5 miles.

Come enjoy our 16th floor Tropic Winds condominium which is not your typical rental property. It is fully furnished with premium finishes and amenities. This unit is a perfect 2 bedroom floor plan with phenomenal views from a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts of home, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New LVP flooring throughout the unit.

The living room has a large flat panel TV with cable hook up. It also has direct balcony access. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with direct balcony access. It is also equipped with a flat panel TV. The second bedroom has a king sized bed. It also has a flat panel TV.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

This is a Non Smoking Unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Parking pass and arm bands are not included in the rental. They may be purchased at time of arrival from the office vending machine. Details will be included in the welcome email.

Beautiful condo!

First of all, the balcony view is perfect! This condo was perfectly decorated. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you need and more! Everything was so clean and seemed to be brand new. Having the beach service is a plus! The guys were always helpful and nice. Helen is great at answering questions and went above and beyond. The only thing I would change (which Helen has no control of) is the fact there isn’t a designated space to unload/load your vehicle. The area felt safe which is good when traveling with kids. We will definitely book with Helen again!!

When our son was a baby, we wanted to do the same for him. A good friend highly recommended Helen's condos. Our son is now 7, and we have rented from her every summer! We have stayed in both Emerald Isle and Tropic Winds, which are both almost equal in size/layout. This Summer we were at Tropic Winds, and it was as phenomenal as ever. Our son always wants to go back to the same place. Owner is extremely easy to work with, and the place is exactly as she says in description and photos. Always very clean and neat. Everything we needed was available in kitchen. The condos are very close to Pier Park (5-10 min drive), but far enough West that you don't feel like you're in the crowded part of the beaches. All amenities are close by, but worth mentioning is Mike's Oyster Bar directly across the street and Buddy's Seafood a few blocks away (must-haves every year). The size of the condo is perfect, and the gigantic balconies are one of my favorite parts. There's nothing better than waking up to the site of the beach/ocean for coffee/breakfast. It also feels private, as you cannot see/hear the people next to and above/below. For someone who does not love elevators, I am always super impressed by how safe they feel. Even better, they are super speedy given the massive size of the condo. We rarely had to wait more than 1-2 min for one. We had one minor incident this year where we realized someone else had parked in our parking spot, leading us to have to park on someone else's. I went to the Management Office, and within the hour they had solved the problem and called me to let me know. Always kind and responsive. We will not rent from anyone but Helen! You will not be disappointed. We are always sad when we leave. We pray that others will continue to love these properties as we do and take care of them year after

Lovely Beachfront Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in unit #1608 at Tropic Winds. The waterfront view was lovely, the decor was lovely, and the host was lovely. We found the beds to be comfortable, the balcony seating to be beyond our expectations, and the layout was perfect for our 4 person party. It is a place we would consider again in the future. Our complaints were few, but we would have liked to have more towels (4 total) or more washer pods, and since we cooked most of our meals, we found that the non-dishwasher and microwave safe plates were not the most appropriate for a full kitchen unit. We also didn't know that we would have to pay a $40 fee for a second parking pass when we were alloted 2 parking spaces, but that is a rule of the condo association and not the owner. We were very happy overall.

The balcony was our favorite place to be, oversized which gave plenty of shade and beautiful views of the ocean, and perfect place to watch fireworks for the 4th! Highly recommend this condo and host. We had a small issue with parking and Helen responded instantly and was corrected with in minutes. Perfect location, clean and overall staff at condo were friendly and helpful.
