Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista al mar desde el piso 22.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el maestro y cama king en el segundo dormitorio. Tamaño de sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de Internet TV gratuita por cable y. Will definitely stay here again!

The unit is super clean and you cannot beat the view! In the mornings, we could watch a small shark cruising the shallow beach below - super cool. We loved our stay. Even with storms that took over most of the second day we enjoyed our time so much.

Great Vacation

Was recommended by daughter & son-in-law and loved the condo. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed; loved the large balcony. The location was perfect, you were close to everything but not in the busy, congested part of the area, which also was nice because the beach area was not crowded. Will definitely come again.

We arrived for Memorial Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised to have a very easy check in process and parking right at the elevator. Manager very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone staying in PCB

Perfect!

We had a wonderful experience! Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was spotless. It's close to Pier Park and other attractions. The beach was also very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here sgain!

Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and Helen made sure we had all of the details we needed prior to our arrival. Master bedroom with beachfront view and balcony access, reserved parking spot right at the elevators and condo location are huge bonuses. We will definitely be back and will recommend this condo to family/friends!

The description and pictures matched exactly what we received. The property is very well maintained as well as the condo. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a tastefully decorated, well furnished, and great location on the quieter side of Panama City Beach. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Amazing Condo

The condominium is a front beach, walk to the beach. ITS A Very clean unit and is very spacious. Has everything you need to be more than comfortable. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this luxurious condo. i would recommend this to anyone looking to visit Panam city Beach. I will definitely go back. Thank you P.N

Condo was beautifully furnished and clean as promised.

We had a wonderful time and would like to return in the future. The only issue was that the bath linens were clean, but badly stained. Didn't contact anyone about the linens since we were only there a few days; however, with such a nice condo, I expected better linens.

Perfect!

This was a beautiful condo, right on the beach. We have kids, and being able to go from playing on the beach and up to our room in 5 minutes was huge for us. The condo was very clean, the grounds were very clean, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We cooked our supper almost every night, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time on it. This was the perfect, simple vacation our family needed.

Beautiful condo!! Perfect getaway.

We stayed in this condo September 10-17. It was fantastic. If you are trying to decide on a unit in this building you can't go wrong with this one. If you are trying to decide on a resort to stay at, choose this one. From the moment you get there it is great. It comes with its own designated parking space very close to the elevators that saves so much hassle and time looking for a space. The decor is very nice and up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are nice. No complaints about anything. The balcony is one of the best features of the unit. It was so large. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings. We saw Dolphins swimming every day. We also saw stingrays and schools of fish. The favorite memory we had was getting to see a manatee swim slowly up the beach. My husband spent lots of time out there just enjoying the view. You should bring binoculars for sure. I also love the fact you get two beach chair and an umbrella for the length of your stay with the price of your condo. That was really nice. I can't say enough good things about this condo. Now don't everyone go choosing it for their next vacation because I want to be able to stay there again. We really enjoyed our week and it was so relaxing. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Close to the pier, but far enough away to be out of the bad traffic areas. Even though the building has a lot of floors, you don’t wait long for the elevator. I appreciated having a dedicated parking place and beach chair service available. I would stay again.

Wonderful condo on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this condo in Emerald Isle! My teenage daughters and I went for spring break in April. This unit, 2206, was super! It is just steps away from the elevators, and a gorgeous view from the 22nd floor. We had our own designated parking spot in the covered garage, which was also straight out from the elevators, great for loading and unloading. We had no issues with elevators during our entire stay, even at the top of the building. I was surprised how quickly they moved. The beach chairs were perfect couldn’t have been easier. And Helen was a lifesaver! When I had some trouble finishing my reservation, I sent her a message on a Saturday (wanting to check in on Monday) and she responded so fast, it really saved our vacation! This unit was very clean and comfortable, there wasn’t anything else we could have needed! You won’t regret staying here!
