Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista al mar desde el piso 22.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el maestro y cama king en el segundo dormitorio. Tamaño de sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de Internet TV gratuita por cable y. Close to the pier, but far enough away to be out of the bad traffic areas. Even though the building has a lot of floors, you don’t wait long for the elevator. I appreciated having a dedicated parking place and beach chair service available. I would stay again.

Wonderful condo on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this condo in Emerald Isle! My teenage daughters and I went for spring break in April. This unit, 2206, was super! It is just steps away from the elevators, and a gorgeous view from the 22nd floor. We had our own designated parking spot in the covered garage, which was also straight out from the elevators, great for loading and unloading. We had no issues with elevators during our entire stay, even at the top of the building. I was surprised how quickly they moved. The beach chairs were perfect couldn’t have been easier. And Helen was a lifesaver! When I had some trouble finishing my reservation, I sent her a message on a Saturday (wanting to check in on Monday) and she responded so fast, it really saved our vacation! This unit was very clean and comfortable, there wasn’t anything else we could have needed! You won’t regret staying here!

Great Vacation

Was recommended by daughter & son-in-law and loved the condo. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed; loved the large balcony. The location was perfect, you were close to everything but not in the busy, congested part of the area, which also was nice because the beach area was not crowded. Will definitely come again.

Amazing Condo

The condominium is a front beach, walk to the beach. ITS A Very clean unit and is very spacious. Has everything you need to be more than comfortable. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in this luxurious condo. i would recommend this to anyone looking to visit Panam city Beach. I will definitely go back. Thank you P.N

Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and Helen made sure we had all of the details we needed prior to our arrival. Master bedroom with beachfront view and balcony access, reserved parking spot right at the elevators and condo location are huge bonuses. We will definitely be back and will recommend this condo to family/friends!

Will definitely stay here again!

The unit is super clean and you cannot beat the view! In the mornings, we could watch a small shark cruising the shallow beach below - super cool. We loved our stay. Even with storms that took over most of the second day we enjoyed our time so much.

Glorious Week

We had a wonderful week with perfect weather and a crystal clear gulf. The condo was wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. It was very, very clean and Emerald Isle always takes very good care of their grounds. And, you just can’t beat Taylor taking care of the beach chairs and umbrellas, what a nice guy! The property manager was very easy to work with and responded immediately when we had just one small issue. We’ll definitely be trying to rent this unit again!

Great condo. Loved the balcony.

We had a great stay. The condo was huge and we loved that both bedrooms were equally nice (kings in both). TV's were easy to figure out/operate (a plus for those of us challenged by multiple remotes). The beach chair service and the huge balcony were definite highlights, as that is where we spent most of our time. Love this end of PCB. Quieter area, but still close to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful spacious condo

We loved staying here. It was away from traffic, easy parking, spacious and clean. The deck was big and has amazing views of the gulf.

Beautiful vacation

The condo was all that was advertised. Very clean and beautiful! Lots of room. Even though we were on 22nd floor there was no wait for elevators and elevators were very fast. Pools were great and beach was extremely close. No complaints at all with the Emerald Isle or the condo itself. Will definitely be back!
