- You will not have to do any type of chores upon check-out since it is included in the cleaning fee.

- We live in a residential neighborhood where the typical sounds of children playing, dogs barking, and cars coming and going from the neighbors might be heard outside of the property.

- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.

- Alteration of trip has the same policy as cancellations.

- This home is one unit in a multi-family property, with a complete privacy and its own private entrance and side yard.
