¿YA LLEGAMOS? es la mitad este de un dúplex frente al mar, recientemente reformado con 2100 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Nuevos gabinetes de cocina y granito !! Amueblado con muebles de diseño, así como colchones con cubierta tipo almohada. Ropa de cama se proporcionan con camas hechas. Aire y calefacción centralizados, cocina bien equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, microondas, 6 NUEVOS televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad con wifi gratuito, jacuzzi en la suite principal, ventiladores de techo, ablandador de agua. Vistas panorámicas al mar; genial para observar delfines. Grandes terrazas frente al mar en tres niveles con muebles de porche de alta gama (mesa y sillas altas de Polywood) que incluyen tumbonas. Nuevos balancines acolchados giratorios de alta gama. La cubierta del medio tiene un TECHO DE SECADO SECO para que se pueda disfrutar lloviendo o brillando. Un montón de espacio para comer al aire libre con mesas de picnic. We had a wonderful experience at this home. The proximity to the beach, pier, and to several restaurants was unbeatable. The home had everything we needed and then some. The views from the home were the best we’ve ever had at a beach property. Communication with Terry was excellent and easy. We would love to return and will be recommending this stay to others!

The property was so clean ,nicely decorated, and spacious with amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our hostess provided great communication. This was one of our favorite beach rentals. We would love to come back again!

We are repeat vacationers at “Are we there yet”. We love the room setup at the house and the location on the island. Fishing is good also. House was very clean on arrival. Not so much by the time we left. Great places to eat nearby.

This is a terrific rental. Owner is responsive, the house is beautiful, well maintained, and stocked for all your cooking needs. I’d definitely stay here again if it’s available. It’s a great location on the isle. It is quiet but really close to all the shopping and restaurants when you need them. Add in a short walk from the deck to the sand and not getting a day of rain, what week!!!

Beautiful, modern home in a magnificent oceanfront property! Mere steps from the white sand of Emerald Isle’s Crystal Coast! Walking distance to superb eateries and shopping! My family greatly enjoyed “Are We There Yet” from being gathered around the gorgeous diningroom table playing games provided by the host, Terry; enjoying S’mores from the grill, and being gathered on the deck to take in the picturesque views of the ocean’s tide. The home is beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything your heart could desire! Need shampoo, conditioner, or body-wash? Host Terry has gone above and beyond to fulfill your desires! I have been coming to EI for over 20 years, and his home and thoughtfulness is unparalleled! We will definitely be back! Loved every minute of our stay!

Thanksgiving on the beach!

We brought our immediate family, which was 10 of us ,to stay here for the week of Thanksgiving. I couldn’t even think of anything that wasn’t perfect. The location of the place was perfect, the rooms perfect ,the kitchen utensils, and plates and everything you need for a beautiful Thanksgiving table was there and perfect. I cannot thank them enough for giving us such a wonderful time at Thanksgiving on theBeach. My 8 yr old grandson said he had never stayed in a mansion before and he loved it. Absolutely Amazing Vacation Home

I would like to say that we had an amazing time on our trip. A big part of this was due to the beautiful, spacious and comfortable vacation home we were blessed to find! When I say immaculate, it just doesn’t do it justice! This property was spotless and so well equipped that they simply thought of EVERYTHING! The hosts were fantastic, so kind and thoughtful! We’ll definitely be going back!

Very impressive property

We have stayed at several beach house rentals and Terry’s property far exceeded all of them. The customer service was top notch. Items that impressed us: rental was ready 3 hours early, cleanliness was impeccable, kitchen stock and quality of items were wonderful and our favorite part was that there was ample balcony seating that included high top chairs and table. The location of the house is lovely being close to everything you need but the beach in front of the house isn’t crowded at all since it isn’t too close to public access, etc. Highly recommend!

Relaxation at the Beach

The property was amazing, just steps from the beach. The host absolutely killed it. She was always in communication and the house had everything that you needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves the beach

Great Vacation

We were in Emerald Isle for a long weekend for a wedding and chose this house to enjoy our stay. The house was very clean and well decorated. The views were amazing! The check in process was very easy and the owners were very informative and helpful. I will definitely be booking this house again!

We’ll be back!!

We loved our time at ‘Are We There Yet?’! The house was perfect for all our needs! My parents were on the main level…less stairs for them! The rest of us were upstairs. The rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms for perfect for all of us to share! We absolutely loved the location of the house. The best part, the part we look at in a rental, the kitchen!! This kitchen was stocked from sponges, dish towels, every kitchen need you can think of down to a pantry! We can fill a countertop pretty quickly with stuff, so having the pantry was amazing! Terry was so kind and sweet from the start to finish! We loved finding all her notes around the house explaining what to do and not to do. It made our stay so easy! We’re already planning our stay for next year! We made great memories here, and we’re excited to make more next year!

First Timers

Frequent vacation renters in the EI area: AWTY was fantastic and felt like a true home away from home. Very comfortably furnished and equipped inside and out. The TVs were large and easy to operate. We've stayed at the adjoining Double D many times with our dog but with no pet this trip, AWTY truly felt like an upgrade. Highly recommend for a very nice place convenient to all of EI.
