Very clean and roomy. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the large room very nice. Very quiet neighborhood perfect for a family. Our grand children loved it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that would like to be close to Daytona but not in it! Great communication. Enjoyed it immensely.

Great Lake House Vacation

It is a wonderful vacation house. Very clean with modern décor. A great location, close to Sanford and close to many tourist parks in the area. Very relaxing.

Awesome place!

Awesome place and awesome location. We had a fishing tournament on the St. Johns River and it was close by and Had plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Monica was very responsive to all of our questions if we come back, we will definitely be booking again!

Amazing

This is a great place in central Florida in a quiet part of town. The hosts were amazing and responded to questions quickly. Would highly recommend. It is very spacious and comfortable. Also not to far from anyting you may need.

Cozy Lake House

Warm, cozy home that smelled wonderful as you entered. The check in was very easy and everything was as listed. Monica was great at communicating with very quick responses. I would highly recommend renting this beautiful clean house.

Fantastic Getaway

The house and property are great and very comfortable. You are minutes away from restaurants and stores during your stay. Even with a cold front going through the fish were biting. I highly recommend going to the Blue Springs State Park and enjoy the 2hr nature cruise which is just around the corner. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

amazing, this house is absolutely beautiful.

Stayed Saturday, left Tuesday. The house was perfect, the backyard was amazing and of course wasn't that far from Blue Springs State Park, got to see the manatees. The host is sweet and very helpful. It was just a beautiful peaceful get away.

This property is well worth the stay. Very clean, smelled amazing when we walked in. Very spacious. We stayed here for my daughters wedding weekend and it accommodated everything we needed. The view from the Florida room overlooking the lake is beautiful!

Cozy QUIET Lakehouse

House was spacious and clean. The lake view was peaceful. There are lots of birds about including sandhill cranes. I chose this property based on the high ratings and I am giving this another high rating. It just felt like home.

Gorgeous House & Great Place to Stay

We reserved the house for a group of five 60 adults and were immediately impressed upon arrival. Check-in and -out was painless, the host was a great communicator, the house had everything we needed and the view of the lake was awesome. The residential neighborhood was quiet, and we will likely try to reserve the same house in the future! Thanks!

The perfect place

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful property with family. Unfortunately, we were in town for my dad’s memorial service. This was the perfect place for my family. It felt so homey and peaceful..just what we needed during this difficult time. It is a great location and loved the lake views:fire pit. I would highly recommend this rental! Monica was wonderful and very proactive with communication.

Beautiful home, Quiet location!

Just returned from a stay in Monica’s lovely home. We were in the area to attend a family function and this home exceeded our expectations and needs. Extremely clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with the exception of needing another dish drying towel or two…there was only one during our stay. The back yard was lovely and quiet right there on the lake. We watched a duck couple and crane couple during our stay. Nifty you’re in need of a great place to stay, look no further! We are planning a visit to the theme parks next January and would definitely book this place again. Thank you Monica, for offering such a beautiful home!

Family Favorite-Lake House

Monica’s house was perfect for our family. The master suite was very spacious and the shower was amazing. It was perfect having the master suite on the opposite side of the house. Our grandchild stayed with us so the travel crib was perfect for her to sleep in along with the use of the highchair. She loved playing outside in the completely fenced back yard. The sunsets were beautiful and having the view of the lake was so serene. Monica is a great host. She answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful and personable. Check in was smooth and we will definitely stay here when back in the area. We had a fabulous stay!

Relaxing visit

Our stay was great! Our host was available if we needed anything and checking in and out was a breeze. The property is very peaceful and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. The only issue we had was one of the kayaks started taking in water due to a leak in the back that had been previously patched. This was pretty scary for my daughter who was in the middle of the lake at the time. She made it to shore okay, but was pretty shaken up as she was worried about alligators. I made the host aware and she assured me it would be fixed. Other than that everything was awesome and we would definitely come back again!
