All Resorts have an Owner side and a Hotel side. At VTE, we only offer our personally owned Suites, Villas, Penthouses, and Estates. Many additional benefits are included and offered that are not available to hotel guests. SO COME JOIN THE OTHER SAVVY TRAVELERS LIVING IT UP LIKE AN OWNER WITHOUT THE EXPENSE OF OWNERSHIP!!!
~This is not a typical hotel-style booking and can only be booked as an Owner. The Resort is very popular among OWNERS worldwide and is highly sought after for its hospitality. This process is standard for an Owner checking for availability. Marriott handles all hotel-side reservations and must be purchased with All-Inclusive.
~We’ve put a lot of heart into making our listings as precise as possible. Between our clear descriptions and photos, we want you to feel completely comfortable and secure in your choice.
~All-inclusive is never mandatory with us! We will share our Owner discount of 40-60% off (the first benefit of being an Owner's Guest) if you choose to purchase AI after completing the booking. Please reach out to us for details, and our personal concierge at the Resort will assist you.

Skip the logistics, the transportation stress, and the drink runs. Here, everything you need is delivered to you before you even have to ask. With VTE, you have an All-Access pass to all our Resort amenities as an Owner's guest, and everything is just steps away.
New Master Owner's Suite;
This one BR Suite: 905-910 SF, 2 Queen Beds or a King (if available), and a balcony for enjoying the views. Featuring a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet, a desk, and a master bathroom outfitted with marble countertops, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, a separate Jacuzzi tub, a bathrobe, and bath amenities. Daily housekeeping and premium bath amenities ensure an effortless and pampering stay. Sleeps 6 max.
The Hacienda del Mar Experience;
A Resort within a larger complex, 15 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Hacienda del Mar is slightly removed from the main action in Cabo San Lucas, which is ideal for families seeking a larger Resort environment with more peace and quiet. The Resort is part of a vast development called Cabo del Sol and can be reached via the Transpeninsular Highway, which connects San José del Cabo to Cabo San Lucas. Guests arrive at Los Cabos International Airport, about 35 minutes away, and either take a taxi or rent a car to get to the property. For those who choose the latter, free parking is available only near the reception building, which can be a hike from the individual buildings (guests should use porter service for luggage). Taxi from the hotel into town to experience nightlife, but most guests tend to stick to the Resort, aside from a trip to Costco to fill up on groceries. There are several renowned golf courses in the complex, and excursions like whale watching and diving often include transportation.
Nestled within a sprawling 1,800-acre golf Resort community, Hacienda del Mar offers a tranquil and refined retreat just 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Cabo San Lucas. Guests arrive via a long, scenic driveway that winds past the lush golf course, leading to an exclusive residential Resort that offers a distinct, peaceful atmosphere. While sharing a few select amenities with the adjacent Sheraton, Hacienda del Mar operates independently, ensuring a serene and private stay. The Resort's grounds are a visual delight, with Spanish Colonial-inspired architecture in warm, earthy tones, complemented by rounded pathways lined with native cacti and graceful palm trees.
This low-rise residential Resort has 234 units in 20 three-story buildings. Most come with elevators, but not all. Sizes include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites with views of the ocean, grounds, and/or the golf course. Units have hacienda-style décor with Spanish tiling, white and blue accents, traditional dark wood furnishings and fully equipped kitchenettes (in the studio Junior Suites) or kitchens. They have coffeemakers, toasters, microwaves, pots and pans, dishes, glassware and utensils; appliances are stainless steel. Bathrooms are spacious with separate jetted tubs and walk-in showers. Housekeepers replace Vert de Terres toiletries daily. Patios have sliding glass doors and are furnished with cushioned chairs.
This Resort has a variety of swimming pools, 6 on-site restaurants, including a 5-Star Pitahayas restaurant with a 350-label wine cellar (you can ask for a tour), Jack Nicklaus golf courses, and a European spa & fitness center.
Guests tend to appear mid-morning after having breakfast in their units to snag a prime spot at the pools and beach. As dusk settles, a lovely evening ambience ensues. Under a giant palapa, Pitahayas has a modern bar and lounge centered around a fire pit, and the open-kitchen restaurant feels more sophisticated than those at neighboring resorts. For a slightly more casual environment, Girasoles is also open for dinner, and there's an open-air bar here, too, where guests can enjoy Cuban cigars and margaritas.

Any other dates desired, or any dates not listed as confirmed, are considered a "REQUEST DATE." The site may allow you to book a "REQUEST DATE" listing and even send you an auto response, but it is NOT CONFIRMED and will not be charged to you until we call the Resort as Owners to check availability, since this can change daily. Please note that VTE reserves the right to cancel any booking that is a REQUEST without first receiving confirmation from the Resort, which may delay the booking.
~You will receive our "GUEST CERTIFICATE" well before your 7 days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner's Guest and your pampering will begin!!!

~AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with the Resort and paid to VTE.
~Government-issued photo identification and be at least 21 years of age. A credit card in your name will be required at check-in for pre-authorization of incidental charges. Special requests must be made directly with the Resort and are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges.
ALL OTHER CHARGES WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN CHECKING OUT AT THE RESORT. THIS INCLUDES ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, ALL GRATUITIES, TAXES, UPGRADES, AND OTHER CHARGES DUE TO THE RESORT.
