About this space
This peaceful and centrally-located home has everything you need! Walk, bike, or drive to our town’s restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping centers, and other attractions! 3BR/1B. All needs are on one level including front porch, two bedrooms, a warm living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a newly-renovated bathroom, and a laundry room with a walkout deck. Also, an upstairs level features an extra bedroom, a game room (with additional sleeping), and a dedicated office. Smoke-free/pet-free
The space
The main level (street and parking level, has all you need). Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed with new quality mattress, dresser, nightstands, lamps, and closet or armoire.
The living room has comfortable seating, several end tables, and a large TV to enjoy your own streaming services or what Roku offers.
The house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet, for work or pleasure.
The upstairs has a third bedroom with two twin size beds, two dressers, two nightstands, and lamps.
The kitchen has all you need to enjoy a short term or long term stay. This includes a refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispensing, a stove and oven, a sink with garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a place to sit and enjoy the sunshine. There’s a walkout deck from the laundry room to enjoy outdoor dining.
In addition to the third bedroom, upstairs is a game room with a futon for additional sleeping, games and books, and a TV. The upstairs office has a desk, desk chair, and additional cozy seating area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main level and upstairs. The basement is for maintenance and lawn care and is only accessed by the owners.

This home is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor in regards to limiting noise and keeping the area clean.
