Furnished with a table, chair, and a love seat. Unit is equipped with washer/dryer. It is a duplex and both units are for short term rentals. The two sides are identical with your own private entrance and covered parking. The patio is shared with privacy screen seperating the two sides. We love Sarasota and we love this neighborhood. There’s a golf course down the street that you can walk to. You are 6 miles from the beach. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and 10 mins to beautiful downtown Sarasota. Less than 10 minutes to the newly built “The Bay” within Sarasota Bay, very close to IMG academy and Ringling Museum. The backyard has multiple fruit trees including some exotic mango trees that we planted and anxiously waiting to fruit. During mango season we will share some of our delicious fruits with our guests. We love our location because we like to think of it as centrally located to just about everything around Sarasota and Bradenton. One straight road to get to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack’s downtown, The Bay, Ringling Museum, and Armand Circle. Close to Anna Maria Island, Lido beach, Siesta beach. Anna Maria Oyster Bar restaurant is 1 minute away, along with numerous other restaurants and shopping nearby. Sara Bay Marina is across the street and can serve all your needs if you are a boater.
