PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, TV in Living Room, TV in Every Bedroom, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Ranges & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
UNDER HOUSE HEATED POOLS Houses advertised with heated pools that are covered or partially covered by the home may permit heating during the summer months, but this must be requested in advance to be added to the reservation. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. Houses that offer pool (standard size) heat have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 - $800 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Great location. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. En suite bathrooms made us all happy. No grill which wasn’t ideal, but we knew that. Dishes in the kitchen all needed to be washed prior to use but there are 2 dishwashers! Bring extra paper products and washing detergent. Only one roll TP per BR and no extra garbage bags, paper towels etc. We loved the beach and it was amazing to let everyone come and go as we wanted. Great family vacation!

The home was great, but we were very disappointed with the lack of supplies. No dish detergent, auto dish detergent, laundry detergent, no additional toilet paper, etc. None of the things we have normally come to expect when going through VRBO. Additionally, the smoke detector goes off at 2:45 am from a dead battery the first night we are there.

Out of Office says it all! This beautiful home will accomodate all your needs with lots of room for your guests. Private rooms with fabulous bathrooms, large common area, ocean side non crowded beach with beautiful views, close to downtown atmosphere. Don't miss The Village Surf Shop. Be sure to get pizza from Causeway. The pollen was very high in March.
