Just a mile from the Port Saint Joe Bay Public Beach Access and only three miles from the charming town center of Port St. Joe, you'll be within easy reach of endless dining and entertainment options, such as fishing charters, the Cape San Blas Lighthouse, Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, Port St Joe Ball Park, and more.

Located in the Barefoot Cottages development, this beautiful beach house includes access to great community amenities like two sparkling outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center. The first floor features a sunny front porch, coastal decor, a comfortable living room with a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was great! Only complaint is the code at the front gate didnt work right most of the time. We saw lots of people having the same issue.

House was clean in a nice location. We enjoyed the pool and walking our dog around the neighborhood every morning. Driving distance to the beach and local restaurants and shopping.

A great place for a getaway

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Our stay in cottage B48

The cottage was clean and cozy, and the space was adequate for my family and our two dogs. The grounds were maintained, and we enjoyed walking the complex. The pool and hot tub were both operational and sizeable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall okay

The house was very nice, and noticed it was for sale. We even looked up the listing. But I guess because a company has it available and not a private individual, there were things missing that would have made it better. 1. There was no hand soap available to wash your hands. 2. There was not a broom and dust pan to use. 3. The check in instructions said we needed parking pass, but after contact the company, no parking pass was needed. 4. There were no check out instructions. Even though our stay was short and had a few things missing, we loved the “little Jesus” find and had a nice place to lay our heads down.

House was great, had some pros and cons.Pros: clean, clean soft big towels, great parking, close to beaches and restaurants Cons: very uncomfortable couches, very small beds, no kitchen spices, no blankets, no parking passes, no coffee filters for coffee maker, no cutting boards, no map of resort grounds (couldn't find gym)

Amazing

Very nice quiet friendly community. Hot tub super relaxing. Only wish main road Hwy 98 had a bike lane. But of course that's not an issue of the this location.

We loved our stay here. The parking outside the home was great. It was beautiful in the home. Nice and clean with everything we needed.

No boats

Our stay was nice but a few issues we had. No boats allowed and that was not listed in the listing. There were no parking passes and property management never contact us back. Our mattress to our bed was flipped over on the wrong side so it was very uncomfortable and didn’t realize until we left. Bedroom door knob is about to fall off. No dust pan to clean up. The pool is nice and the house was pretty clean some kitchen items had to be washed before using.

Nice place to stay

Overall we really liked the home and the grounds. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Cleaners need to do a little better job and beds not super comfortable but not awful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again for short beach getaway.

Great house, great location, lacking in supplies

The house was clean and just what we needed for our family vacation. The community was great, pools were fun, and it is located close to many gulf beaches. Our only complaint is that the house seemed to be lacking in supplies. There were no bath mats, no broom and dustpan or vacuum, no extra blankets, etc. The kitchen is pretty bare-boned. There were only 3 teaspoons in the silverware drawer and there wasn't a colander - found that out after we had started cooking the pasta! If it hadn't been for what the house was lacking, it would have definitely been a 5-star trip.

Needs a major cleaning

The bones of this home was great. It was what we needed for a couples trip. Best were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the location. However, the kitchen was lacking. Not sure you would have enough to actually cook a meal with. Also, they need a new cleaning lady. The cleaning person did a subpar job cleaning this place. Here are the things we noticed: there was sand on the floor, the kitchen floor was sticky, someone spilled something on the cabinet and didn't bother wiping it, microwave was dirty, there was a cloudy substance left in the blender, coffee cups dirty, coffee pot dirty, the 1 measuring cup dirty, closets had dust bunnies and clumps of hair, baseboard extremely dirty, dust bunnies on the floor of bedrooms, someone spilled something on wall by front door and didn't wipe it up. I would highly suggest taking a duster and wiping all baseboard and behind furniture. I'm really glad my child with a dust allergy didn't stay here. However, the bathrooms were cleaned to satisfaction.

Great house, comfortable and clean. The pool was a little on the warm side but so was the weather. Short drive to any of the beaches. Would suggest Mexico Beach over the other beaches. Great place to just relax!
