Check-in & checkout process was easy. Owners are great and quick to respond. Condo are as pictured & clean.

Lovely

I loved every bit of my experience. It was everything you would need when visiting! Really great place nice big and spacious for friends or family. I would definitely recommend and book with them again!

We loved it!!

We had an excellent stay! The rooms were comfortable and roomy. It was perfectly for the 7 of us. We were able to have our own space and be together. We were able to cook and eat in the kitchen and table. I would highly recommend.

Nice condo

Slept 6 adults and two kids comfortably. Security was very helpful and kind. Could have used more linens as there were minimal towels and washcloths for the size of the condo. No complaints overall. It was a great place to stay.

Amazing Vacation!

We had the BEST time and LOVED the condo we stayed in at LTW! Nautical Properties Vacation Rentals were super easy to work with, they stayed in contact with us to ensure we had everything we needed and even just checked in to see if we were having a good time. I absolutely recommend NPVR if your looking for excellent customer service and communication! They even allowed us to check in around 12 since our condo was clean and ready. I have 0 complaints when it comes to Nautical Properties - they were amazing! The elevators were a little intense w/ wait times but the condo was still worth it. I'll definitely use this company to book my next vacation! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Nice condo horrible location

The condo in and of itself was nice. The beds were comfortable, it was a little run down but clean. That's where the fun stops. The resort the condo is located in, is pathetic. It's dirty, run down and you're treated much like a prisoner. Pools are dirty and overfilled with people The "easy check in process" took us two days. Despite following the preregistration instructions of paying the "wristband fee" ($150) we were told that all parties receiving a wristband had to be there with me and if they were over 12 they had to show ID. Since our entire party had not made it in, we were told to wait and get our bands the following day because they were closing. The "private access" to the beach was closed down every day we were there for a week by one of the large numbers of police that were present all week for "crowd control". We were kicked off the beach three times because they were shutting down the beaches for "crowd control". The refusal of the resort to sell us a third parking pass meant we had to park in the overflow lot approximately a mile away and for a cost of just under $100. We paid our $100 dollars, verified the in/out PTO laces and began our hike back to the resort. The next morning we hike back to the car so that we could get groceries and we were told by the cop that was "guarding" the overflow lot that if we left we would not be coming back in and if we did it would be at an additional cost of $84.47. plenty more to say, but have run out of characters

Lesa - We are very glad the condo was comfortable and clean, as that is what we manage as the Host. Regarding the rest of the review, please note that none of this is in our control, and it is all under the authority/staff of Laketown Wharf. We are not responsible for the conditions of the Resort, as anything outside of the condo is not the property of Nautical Properties. In addition, as stated in the listing, the parking pass/wristband resort fee is $120 for a three-bedroom, not your statement of $150. The pools are likely filled because 1) it is one of the largest resorts in PCB (as stated in the listing) and 2) it was Spring Break, one of the busiest times of the year. PCB is one of the most visited beaches for Spring Break in the entire country. Also as stated in the listing, "If you need to bring more than 2 vehicles..." we provide a link to the overflow parking info so that it does not come as a surprise. Even though we solely manage the condo, we are very transparent on how the Resort operates. Next time you review a Host on VRBO, or any travel site, please remember - you thought our condo was a 5-star experience, and the review should reflect your thoughts of the condo and the Host. All other comments should be on a separate review of Laketown Wharf. Thank you.
