First floor - King bedroom with smart tv, reading nook, and en sute with walk in shower

Second floor
- Large Primary bedroom. This one is a treat! King bed, sitting area, smart tv, and spa like en suite. Beautiful soaking tub, walk in shower, and double vanity tops it off. This room also boasts a beautiful private balcony with loungers and chairs.
- Bunk room. Perfect for the kids! 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) with an en suite bathroom – bathtub and shower combo. The bunk room also has its own balcony overlooking the pool!

Third floor
- King bedroom with private balcony, smart tv
- This floor also features a full bathroom with shower and bathtub combo, and double vanity.
- Living room, game room, and kitchenette. Great space for families to be together but still have separate living spaces. Kitchenette comes equipped with a mini fridge and a Keurig. Grab your coffee before even heading downstairs to join the rest of the crew.
- The living room on this level is a hub of entertainment with a large 75” flat-screen TV, Surround Sound, DVD, and an 80's Style Arcade Game. The third-floor balcony completes the experience with an outdoor grill, Seura Outdoor TV, Apple TV, – all are perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding in style.

Other things to note: - Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is no street parking available.
-The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
