My husband and I loved staying here for our anniversary trip! It was in a great location - walking distance from Turtle Bay resort and a short drive from other great beaches and cafes. The check in process was easy and the house was sparkling clean. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Localisation parfaite

Très beau condo neuf bien placé, golf accessible en quelques minutes à pied, piscine, terrains de pickle ball et tennis sur place. Bien fourni (serviettes de plage, chaises de plage et parasol, laveuse et sécheuse neufs)Je recommande ce condo à tous ceux qui voudraient visiter le North Shore car près de tout et à proximité de plusieurs food trucks en plus.

Perfect Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort condo for 3 nights while we explored the North Shore. This unit was amazing. Inside it was immaculate and well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. After a busy day exploring the North Shore it was nice to come back to a quiet spot to rest. The Turtle Bay beach was within walking distance and a great spot to spend the day. This rental exceeded our expectations and was by far the best stay we had during our vacation.

The back patio is screened in and backs up to the golf course. Bed was very comfortable. The property was clean and comfortable! Steps away from one of the several pools. Definitely recommend!

Great place and great price

Comfortable, very clean, and nice screened patio. Nice to have AC as well. Loved the extra touches like special soaps in the bathroom and kitchen. Wonderful to have a washer and dryer.

Quiet location, newly renovated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is newly renovated with nice floors, furniture, and appliances in a quiet location. The unit is conveniently located near the pool, and there was rarely any excessive noise from there. There could have been more communication about basics, like what the code was to get into the pool and how to work the TV--issues easily fixed by including a page in the welcome binder. As other guests have noted, there's an ongoing ant problem in the kitchen that the rental company is trying to address. Biggest issue was when we showed up, the unit hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest (wet towels on floor, crumbs on counters and floor, bed slept in, etc). It was a little confusing what happened--the on-island hosts said they didn't know we were checking in, even though I'd been texting with them since the previous day. But they sent someone to clean it, and offered to pay for a meal at Lei Leis while it was being cleaned (we declined because we were very tired from travel, and not hungry). Mistakes happen, and it's how they're handled that really matters, and they handled it well. They were always available to answer questions, which we appreciated.

Great Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hawaii Life team was excellent throughout our experience. There was an issue with the original unit we rented so they rebooked us in a similar unit in the same area a few days prior to our arrival. They were very responsive in helping us get into the unit on a Saturday night and helping with a Wi-Fi issue. The unit itself was recently remodeled and is nice throughout with new furniture and appliances. We didn’t prepare food in the unit so can’t speak to how well-stocked it was for cooking but seemed like it had most of the essentials. Location in Turtle Bay is great with a nice view of the golf course. Beach is walkable (10-15 min walk). House did not have a lot of beach items (just 2 beach chairs and towels) but I imagine this will improve as more people stay there and leave stuff. Only issue, which was minor, was there were a lot of tiny ants in the kitchen (not uncommon for Hawaii). They did have some traps out but they didn’t seem very effective. More traps or Windex would have been helpful. Overall a great unit in a nice location. Would stay again.
