Searenity Villa in Cruz Bay with private pool and sunset view

Searenity Villa is located on a quiet hill within two miles to town. The property is gated for maximum privacy with view of Caribbean blue water and surrounding cays. You will enjoy waking up to sunrise and watch a beautiful sunset in the afternoon. Searenity location is catching constant tradewind breeze throughout the house practically all year long. The property offers two suites each with a separate sitting area for an additional guest or an office if you have to work remotely. The covered patio comes with a Weber bbq grill for an evening cookout by the private pool. There are four chaise lounges on the sun deck to relax after a dip in the sparkling salt water pool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. An entire house is powered by Generac generator when the grid goes down which happens so often on the island. You still have the comfort without any interruption.

St. John is incredible! Our accommodations were great as well. Our host communicated very well and questions were answered in a very prompt, timely manner. We were surprised that the whole house was not air conditioned. I did not see where it was only the bedrooms anywhere in the VRBO listing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Entry to the house was a few steps from the level parking area (no steps) making it very easy to bring in luggage. We felt very secure at all times behind the security gates. Very close to town and beaches. Not having air conditioning in the main areas wasn't a problem for us as we were out most of the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa with all of the modern conveniences. EXTREMELY CLEAN. Very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Very convenient to get to Cruz Bay Area. The pool is always cool and the view can not be beat. It was a great stay and we will return again. First class accommodations with stunning veiw and gorgeous grounds.

We can’t say enough great things about staying at this property. The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for my family of 5. The location was perfect close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. Unfortunately Hurricane Erin came to visit along with us. We were extremely nervous but Tara was there for us every step of the way. She and her family were in constant contact with us through the storm. When the power went on it took less than a minute for the generator to come on and it was on for days with no issues. We will definitely stay here again!!

We stayed 3 nights with my sister and her husband. The layout was perfect so we all had a little privacy. The breeze was great while we were there and we only needed to use a/c a few times. The pool is tiny, we thought it was larger from the pics, but it was fine. I was beautiful at night with the pool lit in blue. We had everything we needed there and would gladly stay again.

Gorgeous Getaway

My lady friends and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday and it was fabulous! The villa is beautiful with it's mostly open floor plan and the view is spectacular. The pool was smaller than expected, but that was definitely not a deal breaker. The hosts were accommodating and responsive to questions via messaging in the app. Overall, would recommend, would return!

Loved our time here!

My family and I enjoyed 6 nights on the property. Absolutely loved the house and laundry area. House came stocked with all the beach necessities including a wireless/portable fan, beach bags, beach towels, beach chairs and snorkeling accessories! Loved that it was behind a gated entrance and people were there to great us upon our arrival and kept in touch thru out our stay should we need anything. Can’t wait to stay here again! It is a wonderful location!

Lovely quiet spot with fanmtastic view

We had a great stay at Searenity Villa. The home was clean and spacious and boasted a fantastic view of Cruz Bay. It was only a short distance from the Cruz Bay shops/restaurants but was very quiet and peaceful. All the attractions of St John are easily reachable via car.The hosts were very helpful and responsive.Overall, a great experience, and we'll be back!

Lovely stay

This was our third time staying at one of James and Tara’s places. The homes are always consistent— great—and so is their communication. The property is beautiful, clean, and has all of the amenities from the pool, beach chairs, to snorkeling gear. Every detail is well- thought out. When you travel, you want to enjoy a stress free trip. Staying here will ensure that! Next time we are on the island, we will be staying here again. Thanks!

Best...Rental...Ever

JUST WOW. First, the house is stocked with everything you need. From beach bags to coolers. From snorkel gear to beach chairs. They even have jars in the bathroom with q-tips. The property owners truly thought of everything. Check in was a breeze. Communication with the owners was timely and friendly.Second, the house itself is incredible. The "roomate" style layout was perfect for two couples. We each had our own wing on each end of the house with the common areas in the middle. Each bedroom has its own office area. Furniture and fixtures are all new (sees like the house is as well). The pool was a great way to cool off while hanging out at house. Last, THE VIEW! It was a spectacular way to great the world every morning. We highly recommend this villa. You will love it, just like we did.

Wonderful stay!

Close location to Cruz Bay. Rental Jeep needed. Property was very clean and owners had very well supplied with everything needed for vacation. Gated property with easy parking. View was amazing. Perfect accommodations for two couples as layout had two king suites on opposite ends of house. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property!

Our family of 6 (my husband and I, our 2 kids and my parents) stayed at Searenity over Christmas this year and it was a great house for all of our needs. The hosts were responsive on the few occasions we needed something, the house was well stocked with anything we needed and very clean and organized!

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our trip with 2 couples! It would also work well for a family. The living room & kitchen are in the center of the home, with the bedrooms split, one on each side of the house, each with a sitting room and bathroom. The pool was beautiful! Views were amazing! Beach chairs, towels, and small cooler were available for beach days. Quiet, gated location. It was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return.

Beautiful Place!!

We loved staying here! The place is beautiful, clean and has amazing views with a perfect pool! Is up on a pretty steep hill/bumpy road but most places are. Air conditioning rules were specific and it was hot during the day but when we had the AC in the room at night, the room cooled down quickly. Highly recommend staying here! It was wonderful overall!

Wow! First off the view is amazing. We were expecting a good view from the pictures online but they don’t do it justice. Stunning sunsets setting over islands every night. The kitchen is amazing with a huge island that was perfect for us as we cooked a lot and the kitchen had all the amenities. There was a constant cross-breeze that kept us very comfortable. The bedroom has a separate sitting area that is perfect for working remotely and had an air conditioner that made the room very comfortable. The landscaping is fantastic and well manicured. Tara was a great host and very responsive through the whole the whole process.
