Well appointed house and close to trails. We would have preferred a secure place for the bikes but overall good stay. Enjoyed the screened porch.

We do want to note for future guests that the property offers multiple covered areas suitable for bike storage, including a spacious sheltered area beneath the screened porch in the fenced in backyard, that is protected from weather. If you forget anything, this place, I’m sure has you covered. We are not mountain bikers, but every where you look into the woods driving around you see bike trails. Surrounding areas are easy to get to. Near by Bentonville is a gorgeous town. With a lot to do and see. We really enjoyed our visit.

Our three-night stay here was comfortable and convenient. Jon is an excellent host, always eager to answer questions and supply information in a timely way. This house is immaculate and uniquely decorated. You will have a special, one-of-a-kind travel experience here in a naturally beautiful setting. Don't miss the peacefulness of the screened porch filled with birdsong in the early morning or relax here again at the end of the day. You might find the couch luring you into a refreshing nap. Great Stay!

This was our second time renting this cozy, welcoming home in Bella Vista. The house is very clean, well stocked and Jon is a friendly and responsive host. Also if you are planning a summer getaway the AC works very well! Would stay again!

Golf weekend

Loved the house! Screened-in porch was the best!The house was the most well stocked house concerning cookware, spices, and incidentals that we've ever experienced. The house was just as comfortable and cozy as it looks. The owner was fabulous keeping in touch. It was close to golf, restaurants, and trails. Would definitely book this house again.

Fantastic!

We spent the 4th of July long weekend here and could not be happier with our choice! The home is inviting, super clean, and in a great location. Jon has added so many nice touches, up to date decor and everything you need for a comfy stay. Our favorite area was the screened back deck. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature or even a movie. Would stay again for sure!

Great pet friendly base camp for back 40

Half mile from Lake Ann TH for FloRide, SBAT, and Pinyon Creek connector trails. House clean and well furnished. Kitchen has everything you need, and fenced back yard is great convenience if you bring your dog. Spent most of our time at the house on the screened in porch. Great feature!

Thanksgiving Trip

The house was perfect! Very clean, beautifully decorated, completely decked out kitchen and wonderful fenced in backyard. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The house was very comfortable and cozy! Christmas music was playing when we walked in! Jon was very responsive and great to talk to. I highly recommend and would love to come back.

John's place is great! House really has everything you need. Very clean and neatly decorated. We especially loved the screened in porch and relaxed out there every day. Excellent communication with him. He responded to all we asked. Appreciate the little bit early check in. The location to trails for bike riding is great. It was quiet and peaceful. We would go back again and encourage others to stay there.

Bella Vista Surprise

It was our first time traveling to NWA. We brought our dogs along to hike the multiple trails around the area. This house was conveniently located, well decorated, comfortable & very clean! The owner communicated very well with us. We appreciate the dog friendly accommodations & fenced in yard. We would stay here again & would recommend this house to others!! We had a great time!! Thoughtful, Detailed Host

This property is exceptionally clean, and the host thought of everything! The home was fully stocked including paper plates, condiments, and bathroom toiletries in case you forget yours. It would be a great place for a couple getaway or couple friends as the house is set up with bedrooms on either end creating privacy. The screened in porch is cozy and a great place to unwind with your favorite beverage. I’ve stayed at many vacation homes in the Bella Vista area and this one is among the very best!

Nice cottage Great kitchen

Nice clean place with a very well-appointed kitchen close to trails.  “The quiet cul-de-sac” in the description is misleading because the house is right next to a busy road.  The resulting road noise makes the porch a much less pleasant place to hang out and also led us to use the smaller back bedroom farthest away from the road.  Host communication was excellent

I attended my nephews wedding in Bentonville , AR. I have never been to AR. I couldnt have stayed at a better place. Didnt realize how popular biking was. The house and hosts were so welcoming. Im thinking I should get a bike. Cudos to the hosts for thinking of everything
