The kitchen was spacious and met all our needs. With 2 washers and dryers, everyone should have their needs met. The living room was comfortable and we all had plenty of room. Thank you Peter for a great place to stay.

The stay was perfect. The space was so welcoming and inviting. They think about everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds were so comfortable. Peter was an amazing host. His responsiveness is next to known. We appreciate the stay and would stay again.

We had a terrific stay at this VRBO. We did have a small problem with bedding in one room, but our host was quick to respond and remedy our concerns. This home is fantastically stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and we appreciated the snacks and coffee that were provided as a little thanks 4 staying gift. The rooms have great natural light and we enjoyed seeing the neighborhood deer each morning and evening. The backyard is great for kids to get out some energy and the carport has great seating to relax and watch kids or deer as you drink some coffee and unwind. Not the fanciest place to stay, but a terrific, reasonably priced, quiet, clean home to stay in as you visit the Ark Encounter or nearby sites. Sleeps 6 very comfortably.

House was as described. Nice layout for relaxing with friends or family. The beds were awesome. So comfy with nice bedding. Peter was very quick to respond to any questions we had and sent us to two really good restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We had our family of 6 and this was perfect for us. Good sized rooms all around, very well equipped kitchen and beautiful back yard!! Close to convenience as well. Highly recommend!

It was clean and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to stretch out. Make sure to bring snack foods in, he leaves some out but very limited. There was a coffee machine and coffee for it. It is very close to the Ark. Overall, a very quaint place.

Awesome place to stay

We loved the idea of being able to move around the house without running into each other and it being so close to the Ark Encounter. The kids could play in side without having to worry about being to loud and not worry about them because they were in our sight all the time the house was clean and well stocked. Mr. Peter was so very nice making sure that we had a great time

We needed a place for our large family to stay overnight before visiting the ark encounter and this place fit the bill perfectly! Very clean! Beds were plentiful and comfortable and the children loved the extra large couch!

Better than a Hotel

My party of 7 (5 Adults, 2 Teens) stayed here for The Ark Adventure. Perfect and better than a hotel. Main bedroom is Very cozy, the others are a little stiff, but the younger ones didn't notice. The community was friendly and quiet. The amenities provided were adequate for bathroom and kitchen and are good for doing laundry, cooking and grilling. We would definitely return. Oh, and the morning coffee with deer in the backyard almost seemed staged, . Cheers
